兩越籍漢涉加重嚴重傷人及禁用武器被拘
2024年5月12日深夜，司警局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於望廈山健康徑附近的傷人案件，案中一名傷者頭部傷勢曾危及性命，另外兩名傷者四肢則有數處刀傷，情況普通。
司警局侵犯人身罪案調查科展開調查，發現案件涉及債務糾紛，事發前債權方及欠債方合共七人相約到望廈山傾談還款事宜，期間未能達到共識，欠債方的三人從身上取出利刀向債權方施襲，最終導致債權方三人受傷。其後三名傷者自行前往醫院求診，而施襲方則於作案後逃離現場。
司警局人員在現場檢獲三柄刀刃分別長約10厘米、17.5厘米及30厘米之涉案刀具，以及兩柄染血雨傘和多處血跡。
經對案中資料進行分析，司警局人員於2024年5月13日早上及下午在新口岸區及中區分別截獲兩名涉案越南籍男子，而另一名在逃涉案人則已逃離本澳。
司警局根據調查所得，以加重嚴重傷害身體完整性罪和禁用武器及爆炸性物質罪將兩名涉案越南籍男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Two Vietnamese men arrested for aggravated severe assault and banned weapons
At midnight of 12th May 2024, the Judiciary Police received, from the Public Security Police Force, a case of assault happened in the vicinity of the Mong Há Hill Fitness Trail. One of the victims in this case sustained life-threatening head injuries, while the other two victims suffered several knife wounds on their limbs and were in fair condition.
Investigation launched by the Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police revealed that the case was related to debt dispute. Before the incident, a total of seven persons respectively from the lender’s side and the debtor’s side were meeting at the Mong Há Hill to deal with the repayment matters, yet they could not reach a consensus. The three persons from the debtor’s side took out sharp knives to attack the lender’s side and injured three of them in the end. The three victims subsequently headed to a hospital for medical treatment on their own, while the attackers had fled the scene after perpetration.
Judiciary Police officers found three involved knives with blades of 250px, 437.5px and 750px in length respectively, two bloodstained umbrellas and multiple bloodstains at the scene.
Upon analyses against the information of the incident, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted two involved Vietnamese men respectively on the morning and in the afternoon of 13th May 2024, at ZAPE and Central district. The remaining involved person at large had fled Macao.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Vietnamese duo to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges including aggravated severe impairment to bodily integrity, and banned weapons and explosive substances, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved person at large.

Na noite de 12 de Maio de 2024, o CPSP transferiu para a PJ um caso de agressão física ocorrido nas proximidades do Circuito de Manutenção da Colina de Mong Há, no qual uma das vítimas sofreu ferimentos na cabeça que puseram em risco a sua vida, e outras pessoas foram também esfaqueadas nos membros, mas os ferimentos não foram graves.
Na investigação, a Secção de Investigação de Crimes contra a Pessoa da PJ verificou que o caso envolveu um conflito ligado a uma dívida. Antes da ocorrência, sete pessoas (credores e devedores) combinaram ter um encontro na Colina de Mong Há para discutir sobre o pagamento da dívida, mas não conseguiram chegar a um consenso. Naquela altura, os três devedores, armados de facas, atacaram os credores, isso causou ferimentos aos três credores. As três vítimas dirigiram-se ao hospital, enquanto que os agressores fugiram após o ataque.
O nosso pessoal apreendeu no local três facas com 10 cm, 17,5 cm e 30 cm de cumprimento, respectivamente, e dois guarda-chuva com sangue, foram também encontrados vários vestígios de sangue.
Após a análise das informações obtidas, na manhã e na tarde de 13 de Maio de 2024, o nosso pessoal deteve dois vietnamitas no ZAPE e na zona central, respectivamente, enquanto que o outro suspeito em fuga já não estava em Macau.
De acordo com as provas obtidas, os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por ofensas graves à integridade física agravadas e uso de armas proibidas. A PJ continua a procurar o outro suspeito em fuga.
