泰籍男子涉販毒法辦
為打擊犯罪集團利用航空渠道販運毒品，本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報加強對抵澳航班旅客進行排查，發現一名於2024年5月7日從泰國飛抵本澳的泰國籍男乘客形跡可疑，遂立即上前截查。
本局人員透過澳門海關的X光機檢查上述男子的行李箱，發現其內藏可疑物品，即着其打開行李箱進行詳細檢查；與此同時，現場治安警察局緝毒犬亦有異動。本局人員於上述男子之行李箱內檢獲4瓶共60粒標示為四氫大麻酚的軟糖，以及31包共重約10,448克並以透明真空壓縮膠袋包裝之大麻花，當中22包以快遞膠袋掩飾。經本局刑事技術廳對該等物質進行緊急化驗，證實為大麻花及軟糖內含四氫大麻酚成分，共值約1,080萬澳門元。
經查，涉案泰籍男子受僱販毒，於泰國機場接收上述毒品後偷運來澳，並準備在抵澳後立即循陸路將毒品轉運至香港。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案泰籍男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其他涉案人士。
Thai man involved in drug trafficking brought to justice
In order to combat criminal syndicates from using the aviation channels to traffic drugs, the Narcotics Division personnel of the Judiciary Police reinforced the screening of inbound flight passengers based on intelligence. A Thai male passenger arriving in Macao on a flight from Thailand on 7th May 2024 was found acting suspiciously, hence he was immediately intercepted for investigation.
The Judiciary Police personnel examined the aforesaid man’s suitcase through the X-ray machine of the Macao Customs Service and found suspicious items concealed therein, therefore immediately demanded him to open the suitcase for detailed examination; at the same time, the drug detector dog of the Public Security Police Force at the scene also sniffed out irregularities. The Judiciary Police personnel seized from his suitcase 4 bottles containing a total of 60 gummies labeled as THC, and 31 packets of cannabis buds weighing a total of around 10,448 grams packed in transparent vacuum compressed plastic bags, while 22 of which were covered with courier plastic bags in disguise. Emergency tests by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police on these substances confirmed that they were cannabis buds and gummies with the presence of THC, valued at a total of approximately MOP10.8 million.
Investigation revealed that the involved Thai man had been recruited for drug trafficking, and he received the above-mentioned drugs at the Thailand airport before smuggling them to Macao, where he intended to transport the drugs to Hong Kong by land immediately after his arrival in Macao.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Thai man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.

Para combater as redes criminosas que usam as linhas aéreas para traficar droga, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes intensifica a inspecção dos passageiros que chegam a Macau via aérea, de acordo com as informações ao dispor. Em 7 de Maio de 2024, foi notado um passageiro de nacionalidade tailandesa com condutas suspeitas, que tinha chegado num voo vindo da Tailândia, os agentes de imediato interceptaram-no.
O nosso pessoal usou o aparelho de inspecção de raios-X, dos Serviços de Alfândega, para revistar as bagagens desse homem e encontrou itens suspeitos, assim foi imediatamente verificar detalhadamente essas bagagens. Ao mesmo tempo, o cão das operações antidroga do CPSP que lá estava também manifestou algo. Nas bagagens do suspeito foram encontrados 4 frascos que continham um total de 60 rebuçados moles rotulados como THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) e cerca de 10.448 gramas de flores de canábis embaladas em 31 pacotes plásticos transparentes em vácuo, entre eles 22 pacotes estavam disfarçados com saco plástico de correio rápido. As substâncias foram submetidas a exame urgente, feito pelo Departamento de Investigação Criminal e foi confirmado que se trata de flores de canábis e que os rebuçados moles contêm THC, num valor de cerca de 10,8 milhões de patacas.
No interrogatório apurou-se que o tailandês foi contratado para traficar droga, recebeu as substâncias no aeroporto de Bangcoque e trouxe-as clandestinamente para Macau, pretendia em seguida levar as substâncias via terrestre para Hong Kong.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico ilegal de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ vai continuar a investigar a origem das substâncias e eventuais pessoas envolvidas.
