粵澳合作12小時內迅速偵破搶劫及強姦案 一內地漢落網
2024年5月6日清晨，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗搶劫及強姦案。案情顯示，內地女事主於當日凌晨在路氹城區一酒店大堂結識一名男子，兩人進入酒店房間後對方突然取出一柄折疊水果刀指嚇事主，劫去4,000港元現金及強姦事主後逃離現場，事主隨後向酒店職員求助及報案。
本局搶劫罪案調查科於調查期間再接獲同區另一酒店保安部通知，指一名內地女子報稱於同日清晨時分在其入住的酒店房間內被一名男子持刀行劫。作案人在酒店大堂假裝“換錢黨”搭訕內地女事主，成功跟隨事主進入房間後即以折疊水果刀打劫事主及其在房間內的朋友，兩女反抗不果被毆傷，最終被劫去一隻價值2.5萬元人民幣的金手鐲以及約5,000港元現金。
由於相隔一個多小時內先後發生兩宗搶劫案，本局高度重視，迅速指派人員加緊追查，經分析線索後發現兩案為同一內地男子所為，且查悉其在第二宗劫案後變裝以逃避警方追蹤並經關閘口岸潛逃內地，遂立即透過緊急警務聯絡機制通報內地警方。在廣東省公安廳協助下，內地警方於同日黃昏緝獲涉案內地男子。
是次案件在12小時內偵破並拘獲作案人，充分反映粵澳兩地警務合作機制暢通有效，並彰顯兩地警方合作打擊跨境犯罪、共同維護社會治安的決心和能力。
Guangdong and Macao work together to rapidly bust case of robbery and rape in 12 hours, arresting a mainland Chinese man
On the early morning of 6th May 2024, the Judiciary Police received a case of robbery and rape from the Public Security Police Force, in which the female victim from mainland China, having got acquainted with a man in a hotel lobby in Cotai earlier that morning, was suddenly threatened with a folding fruit knife by the latter upon their entry into a hotel room. The man robbed her of HKD 4,000 of cash and raped her before fleeing the scene. The victim then sought help from the hotel staff and reported to the police.
During investigation, the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police was informed by the security department of a hotel in the neighbourhood that a mainland Chinese woman had been reportedly robbed by a man with a knife in her hotel room on the early morning of the same day. The perpetrator, posing as a “money exchange gang” member, had approached the female victim from mainland China and managed to follow her into her room, where he robbed the victim and her friend therein with a folding fruit knife. Having resisted in vain, the two women were assaulted and eventually robbed of a gold bangle valued at RMB 25,000 and around HKD 5,000 of cash.
The two robbery cases that successively took place barely over an hour apart attracted great attention of the Judiciary Police, which promptly dispatched officers to step up investigation. It was found, upon analysis of clues, that the two cases had been perpetrated by the same mainland Chinese man, who had changed his outfit to evade the police and absconded to mainland China via Portas do Cerco after the second robbery. The mainland Chinese police was thus instantly notified through the emergency police communication mechanism. With the assistance of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the mainland Chinese police apprehended the involved mainland Chinese man at dusk that day.
The crackdown and apprehension of the perpetrator in 12 hours adequately demonstrated the smoothness and effectiveness of the Guangdong-Macao police cooperation mechanism, manifesting the determination and ability of the police of the two territories to jointly combat cross-border crimes and uphold law and order.

Na madrugada de 6 de Maio de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de roubo e violação transferida pelo CPSP. O caso revela que uma mulher da RPC, conheceu naquela madrugada, um homem no átrio de um hotel do Cotai. Os dois entraram num quarto de hotel, o homem ameaçou, de repente, a mulher com um canivete dobrável, roubou-lhe 4.000 HKD e violou-a, e depois fugiu. A mulher pediu ajuda aos funcionários do hotel e fez queixa.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo, durante a investigação, recebeu uma outra comunicação dos serviços de segurança de um hotel da mesma zona, indicando que uma mulher da RPC alegava que naquela madrugada, tinha sido roubada, no quarto que pernoitava, por um homem que tinha uma arma branca. O autor fez-se passar por “burlão de troca de dinheiro” no átrio do hotel e abordou a mulher, depois entrou com ela no quarto onde roubou a ela e à amiga amiga que também estava naquele quarto, as duas fizeram resistência, mas em vão e foram agredidas. O homem roubou uma pulseira de ouro que vale 25.000 renminbis e cerca de 5.000 HKD.
Como os dois roubos ocorreram num intervalo de mais de uma hora, a PJ deu muita importância e enviou imediatamente pessoal para intensificar a investigação. Feita a análise das pistas constatou-se que o autor dos dois casos era o mesmo homem da RPC. Apurou-se que, após o segundo assalto, o homem mudou de roupa para enganar a polícia e fugiu para a China continental pelas Postas do Cerco. A PJ entrou de imediato em contacto com a polícia do continente através do mecanismo de comunicação policial urgente. Graças à ajuda da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, naquele fim de tarde a polícia da China continental deteve o suspeito.
O caso foi resolvido e detido o suspeito no espaço de 12 horas, o que mostra a fluidez e a eficácia do mecanismo de cooperação policial Guandong-Macau, o que concretiza a determinação e a capacidade das duas polícias no combate conjunto aos crimes transfronteiriços e na defesa da ordem da sociedade.
