兩本澳男女涉販吸毒就逮
2024年5月1日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗爭執案件，當中懷疑涉及毒品犯罪。
本局毒品罪案調查處人員立即前往案發單位展開調查，查悉兩名涉案本澳男女因感情問題發生爭執，惟本局人員經進一步調查後在單位內檢獲約15.61克大麻、電子磅及吸毒工具，其後亦在涉案本澳男子同區住所內檢獲約1.31克大麻。行動中本局人員合共檢獲16.92克大麻，約值1.7萬澳門元。
經查，兩人僅承認有吸毒習慣，其尿液檢測結果亦呈陽性，惟綜合本局調查所得，有強烈跡象顯示兩人同時涉及販賣毒品罪行。
對此，本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將兩名涉案本澳男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其他涉案人士。
Two local individuals nabbed for involvement in drug trafficking and consumption
On 1st May 2024, the Judiciary Police received a dispute case from the Public Security Police Force, with suspicious involvement of drug offences.
Personnel of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police set off to the flat where the case occurred immediately to launch an investigation. It was found from investigation that, the involved Macao man and woman had a dispute due to relationship issue. Yet, upon further investigation by the personnel of the Judiciary Police, around 15.61 grams of marijuana, an electronic scale and drug consumption tools were seized inside the flat. Subsequently, around 1.31 grams of marijuana were also seized inside the residence in the same district where the Macao man lived. During the operation, a total of 16.92 grams of marijuana, valued at approximately MOP17,000, were seized by the personnel of the Judiciary Police.
Upon investigation, the duo solely confessed that they had a habit of taking drugs and their urine tested positive as well. Nevertheless, having integrated the investigative findings of the Judiciary Police, there were strong indications showing that the duo was involved in drug trafficking offences at the same time.
As such, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved Macao man and woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment respectively, while continuing to track down the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.
Detido dois residentes por tráfico e consumo de droga
Em 1 de Maio de 2024, a PJ recebeu um caso de disputa transferido pelo CPSP, o qual suspeitava-se de envolvimento num crime de droga.
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes deslocou-se imediatamente ao apartamento onde ocorreu o crime para iniciar a investigação, apurou que dois residentes, homem e mulher, tinham tido uma briga por problemas de relacionamento, porém, após uma investigação mais aprofundada, o nosso pessoal apreendeu cerca de 15,61 gramas de canábis, uma balança electrónica e instrumentos para consumo de droga no apartamento e, posteriormente, foram ainda apreendidos 1,31 gramas de canábis na residência do homem de Macau envolvido no caso, na mesma zona. Nesta acção, o nosso pessoal apreendeu um total de 16,92 gramas de canábis, no valor que ronda as 17.000 patacas.
Na investigação, o dois indivíduos apenas admitiram que tinham o hábito de consumir droga, os seus resultados dos testes de urina também foram positivos, após a investigação integrada, há forte indícios de que os dois estavam também envolvidos no crime de tráfico de estupefacientes.
Assim, os dois foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamentos, a PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e outros eventuais envolvidos.
