內地漢涉加重盜竊法辦
2024年3月9日，一名內地女子於路氹城區一娛樂場吸煙室吸煙期間，將手提包放在椅子上並與他人閒聊，此時涉案內地男子乘事主不察，盜取其手提包內10萬港元現金並旋即逃離現場。
本局博彩罪案調查處接報展開調查，鎖定涉案內地男子身份，並於2024年4月25日其經青茂口岸再次入境時將之截獲。
經查，涉案男子已將盜竊所得款項全數花光。本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in aggravated theft
On 9th March 2024, while a mainland woman was smoking inside a smoking room of a casino in the Cotai district, she placed her handbag on a chair and chitchatted with other people. Seizing the moment when the victim was inattentive, the involved mainland man stole the HKD100,000 in cash inside her handbag and fled the scene in no time.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police received the case and launched an investigation. The involved mainland man was identified, and was intercepted as he re-entered the territory via the Qingmao Checkpoint on 25th April 2024.
Upon investigation, it was learnt that, the involved man had spent all the stolen money. Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Levado à justiça um homem da RPC por furto qualificado
Em 9 de Março de 2024, a PJ recebeu a queixa de uma mulher da China continental, na qual dizia que quando estava a fumar numa sala para fumadores de um casino do Cotai, deixou a sua mala numa cadeira enquanto estava a conversar com uma pessoa, como estava distraída, um homem, do continente, furtou 100.000 HKD em dinheiro que estavam na mala e fugiu.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo iniciou a investigação, confirmou a identidade do homem, um indivíduo do continente, que foi detido em 25 de Abril de 2024 quando reentrava em Macau pelo Posto Fronteiriço Qingmao.
Na investigação, o detido declarou ter gasto todo o dinheiro furtado. Pelo que foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado.
