反罪惡巡查行動——持續打擊非法兌換貨幣活動
為持續淨化娛樂場及周邊治安,本局博彩罪案調查處透過與博企建立的“預防及打擊非法兌換”合作機制,持續採取“打防結合”措施。2023年6月1日至6月11日期間,本局派出刑事偵查員聯同五間博企的保安部門人員,在其轄下娛樂場及商場範圍進行針對非法兌換貨幣活動(俗稱“換錢黨”)的反罪惡巡查。
行動中,本局人員合共截查了90人(51男39女),發現當中44人(包括22名內地男子、18名內地女子、4名本澳男子)從事非法兌換外幣活動。
經對上述44人進行身份識別及調查,均不涉及其他刑事犯罪,本局隨即將其中40名非本澳居民送交治安警察局出入境管制廳跟進處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – continuous fighting illegal currency exchange activities
To continuously enhance the public security of casinos and their peripheries, via the “Prevention and Combat Against Illegal Exchange” cooperation mechanism with gaming enterprises, the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police continuously adopts the “prevent-combat duo” measure. The Judiciary Police criminal investigators, joined by the security personnel of five gaming enterprises, were mobilized to launch an anti-crime patrol operation targeting at illegal currency exchange activities (the so-called “money exchange gang”) inside their relevant casinos and shopping mall areas from 1st to 11th June 2023.
During the operation, a total of 90 individuals (51 men and 39 women) were stopped and questioned by the personnel of the Judiciary Police. Among them, it was found that 44 individuals (including 22 mainland men, 18 mainland women and 4 Macao men) engaged in illegal currency exchange activities.
Upon identification procedures and investigation into the aforesaid 44 individuals, no involvement of other criminal offences was found. Hence, the Judiciary Police immediately transferred the 40 non-Macao residents to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for follow-up.
Operação anticrime – Continua o combate às actividades de troca ilegal de moeda
Para melhorar a segurança nos casinos e nos seus arredores, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo, através do mecanismo de cooperação com as empresas de jogo “Prevenção e combate à troca ilegal de moeda”, continua a aplicar a medida “Conjugar o combate com a prevenção”. Entre 1 e 11 de Junho de 2023, os nossos investigadores e o pessoal do departamento de segurança de cinco empresas de jogo efectuaram rusgas anticrime para combater as actividades de troca ilegal de moeda nos casinos e centros comerciais subordinados.
Nestas operações, foram identificados 90 indivíduos (51 homens e 39 mulheres), dos quais 44 indivíduos (22 homens e 18 mulheres da China continental e 4 homens de Macau) estavam envolvidos em actividades de troca ilegal de moeda.
Após a identificação e a investigação dos 44 indivíduos, verificou-se que ninguém tinha envolvimento noutros crimes, portanto, 40 deles, que eram não-residentes, foram encaminhados para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP para procedimentos posteriores.
