內地男子涉搶劫被捕
本局於2023年5月20日接獲治安警察局通知,指新口岸區一酒店房間發生一宗搶劫案,隨即派員到場調查。
案情顯示,涉案內地男子透過社交媒體招攬三名內地男子來澳從事非法兌換貨幣活動,並分別收取三人8,000元至10,000元人民幣中介費;三人在涉案男子的安排下於2023年5月17日來澳,隨即前往娛樂場物色客人,但均被在場保安員驅趕,無法賺取利潤,認為與涉案男子所述不符,遂於5月20日相約對方到上述酒店房間理論要求退回中介費但遭拒絕,其中一人隨即致電報警,涉案男子見狀揮拳襲擊該名男子,並搶去其手機逃離現場。
本局搶劫罪案調查科人員經深入調查後確定涉案男子的身份及外貌特徵,於同日晚上在同區一娛樂場將其截獲,並起回事主的手機。涉案男子承認犯案,本局以搶劫罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for robbery
The Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force on 20th May 2023 that a robbery case took place in a hotel room in the ZAPE area, staff persons were thus immediately dispatched to the scene for investigation.
Case details revealed that the involved mainland man had solicited three mainland men to come to Macao to engage in illegal currency exchange activities via social media and collected referral fees ranging from RMB 8,000 to 10,000 from the trio. They came to Macao under the involved man’s arrangement on 17th May 2023, then proceeded immediately to a casino to seek customers, but were all driven away by the security guards of the casino. As they were unable to gain any profit and considered the situation not corresponding to the involved man’s words, they asked the involved man to meet them up at the aforementioned hotel room on May 20th to discuss about the refund of referral fees but got turned down. Seeing one of them immediately calling the police, the involved man punched him and grabbed his mobile phone before fleeing the scene.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police identified the involved man and his physical features after in-depth investigation, then intercepted him at a casino in the same district on the night of the same day and retrieved the victim’s mobile phone. The involved man admitted to committing the crime and was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery.
Detido um homem da RPC por roubo
No dia 20 de Maio, fomos informados pelo CPSP, da ocorrência de um roubo num quarto de hotel do ZAPE, assim, enviamos imediatamente os agentes ao local.
Apurou-se que, o envolvido recrutou, através das redes sociais, três homens da RPC para práticar actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro, e cobrou-lhes, respectivamente, 8.000 a 10.000 RMB para pagar o intermediário. Os três homens foram organizados pelo suspeito, chegaram a Macau no dia 17 de Maio e foram aos casinos à procura de clientes, mas foram mandados embora pelo segurança do casino, assim os três não conseguiram ganhar nada e pensaram que as promessas feitas pelo suspeito eram falsas, portanto, combinaram um encontro com ele no dia 20 de Maio no referido quarto para pedir-lhe que devolvesse a taxa para o intermediário mas este recusou. Um dos homens fez queixa e o suspeito atacou com socos e fugiu do local com o telemóvel do queixoso.
Na investigação, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo identificou o suspeito, deteve-o num casino daquela zona na noite da queixa e recuperou o telemóvel da vítima. O detido admitiu o crime e foi presente ao MP acusado de furto.
