偵破美容院非法提供美容針劑注射服務案
2022年11月25日,衛生局接獲檢舉,指荷蘭園區一美容院非法提供針對美容瘦身的針劑注射服務,案件其後轉交本局跟進調查。
本局經濟罪案調查處人員深入調查後確定上述指控屬實,遂於2023年5月18日派員前往涉案美容院進行搜索,搜獲大量懷疑用作醫學美容的藥物及工具,並將涉案美容院本澳女東主帶返本局調查。
經衛生局醫生及藥物監督管理局藥劑師協助對涉案物品進行初步檢驗,確認該批物品為溶脂針、肉毒桿菌針、瘦身針及填充玻尿酸的針劑及注射工具。
涉案女子承認自2022年11月開始在店內非法為顧客提供注射美容針劑服務,至被捕時獲利約30萬澳門元,相關藥物及器具是由其分多次從內地帶回本澳。本局於2023年5月19日將案件移送檢察院偵辦。
Case of beauty salon illegally offering cosmetic injections busted
The Health Bureau received a complaint on 25th November 2022 that a beauty salon in the district of Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida had been illegally providing cosmetic injections for body contouring. The case was later transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up investigation.
Upon in-depth investigation, the Economic Crimes Division officers of the Judiciary Police substantiated the aforesaid allegation, mobilizing officers to conduct a search at the involved beauty salon on 18th May 2023. Numerous medications and tools suspectedly used for cosmetic procedures were seized, while the local female owner of the involved beauty salon was taken in for investigation.
Preliminary examination aided by doctors of the Health Bureau and pharmacists of the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau on the involved medications identified the items as injectables including fat dissolving injections, botox injections, slimming injections and hyaluronic acid fillers, as well as injecting tools.
The involved woman admitted to have illegally provided her customers with cosmetic injection services in her salon since November 2022, having earned a profit of around MOP 300,000 at the time of her apprehension. She had brought the medications and tools from mainland China to Macao on several occasions. The case was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office on 19th May 2023.
Resolvido caso de um salão de beleza ofereceu injecções cosméticas ilegais
Em 25 de Novembro de 2022, os Serviços de Saúde receberam queixas dizendo que um salão de beleza, na Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida, oferecia um serviço ilegal de injecções para beleza e perda de peso. Este caso foi depois transferido para a PJ para averiguações.
Na investigação, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos, apurou que essas acusações eram fundadas e, no dia 18 de Maio de 2023, foi enviado pessoal para realizar uma busca naquela loja, onde foram encontrados uma quantidade de medicamentos e utensílios supostamente destinados para cosmetologia médica, a dona da loja, de Macau, foi levada às instalações da PJ.
Conforme mostrado no exame inicial realizado pelo médico dos Serviços de Saúde e pelo farmacêutico do Instituto para a Supervisão e Administração Farmacêutica, os artigos em causa são injecções de lipólise, botox, emagrecimento e ácido hialurônico e resptecvos instrumentos.
A mulher admitiu que, a partir de Novembro de 2022, prestava aos clientes serviços ilegais de injecções de beleza e tinha lucrado cerca de 300.000 patacas até ao momento em que foi detida, também disse que aqueles medicamentos e utensílios tinham sido, em várias fases, trazidos da China continental para Macau. A PJ acabou por entregar o caso ao MP em 19 de Maio.
