內地女子涉典當假錶就逮
2022年4月14日,本局接獲新口岸區一押店負責人報案,稱一名内地女子典當一枚假冒名貴手錶,騙取押店三萬港元。
本局經濟罪案調查處人員調查後確定涉案內地女子的身份,並發現其使用他人的身份證明文件典當假錶。2023年5月6日,涉案女子經關閘口岸入境時被截獲,其承認因賭敗而受兩名內地男女慫恿協助典當手錶,以獲取800港元報酬,並使用兩人提供的、屬於他人的往來港澳通行證向押店登記,其後將典當所得的三萬港元全數交給兩人。
本局以詐騙(巨額)罪、使用他人之身分證明文件罪將涉案女子送交檢察院偵辦,並追查其他涉案人。
Mainland woman arrested for pawning fake watch
On 14th April 2022, the Judiciary Police received a report from the person-in-charge of a pawnshop in ZAPE, alleging that a mainland woman had pawned a fake luxury watch to the pawnshop, defrauding the pawnshop of HKD30,000.
After investigation, personnel of the Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police identified the involved mainland woman, and found out that she had used someone else’s identification document to pawn the fake watch. On 6th May 2023, the involved woman was intercepted at the Border Gate checkpoint while she entered Macao. She confessed that due to gambling loss, she was instigated by two mainland man and woman to assist in pawning a watch, so as to gain a reward of HKD800. She also used someone else’s Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao that was provided by the duo to register at the pawnshop. Subsequently, she handed the entire sum of HKD30,000 that she got from the pawnshop to the duo.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (massive amount) and using other’s identification document, while pursuing the other involved persons.
Detida uma mulher da RPC por ter penhorado um relógio falso
Em 14 de Abril de 2022, recebemos a queixa do responsável de uma casa de penhores do ZAPE, que dizia que uma mulher da RPC tinha penhorado um relógio de luxo falso, com esse esquema burlou a loja em 30.000 dólares de Hong Kong.
O nosso pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação e identificou a mulher. A suspeita utilizou um documento de identificação alheio para o crime. No dia 6 de Maio de 2023, a mulher foi detida nas Portas do Cerco ao entrar a Macau, a mesma admitiu que foi convencida por um casal da RPC a empenhar o relógio e receber 800 dólares de Hong Kong, depois de ter perdido todo o dinheiro nas mesas do jogo. A detida confessou que tinha utilizado um Salvo-conduto para Deslocação a Hong Kong e Macau alheio fornecido pelo casal para o registo na casa de penhores e depois entregou, todo o montante burlado, 30.000 dólares de Hong Kong àquele casal.
A detida foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de burla (valor consideravelmente elevado) e de uso de documento de identificação alheio. A PJ vai continuar à procura de eventuais cúmplices.
