印尼籍女子涉非法提供醫學美容服務被捕
2023年5月6日,本局接獲仁伯爵綜合醫院通報,指一名菲律賓籍女子於5月5日因高燒不退及神智不清送院治理,經檢測對甲型流感呈陽性反應,並得悉其發病後曾接受美白針療程;該名女子延至5月6日不治。局方經對屍體進行檢驗,並沒有任何可疑傷痕。
本局侵犯人身罪案調查科人員調查發現,女死者於5月4日開始高燒不適,但仍要求同住女友人於翌日陪同到掙匠巷一住宅單位,接受一名印尼籍女子施打美白針,之後女死者持續高燒及神智不清,女友人遂將之送院救治。
5月6日,本局經濟罪案調查處人員聯同衛生局人員於上述單位尋獲持外地僱員身份認別證的涉案印尼籍女子,並在其房間搜獲多瓶不明靜脈注射液、吊針頭、針筒等多種入侵性醫療物品。經調查,涉案女子在本澳從事家傭工作,其承認在沒有牌照及專業資格的情況下,為外籍家傭及同鄉注射美白針賺取金錢。
本局以職務之僭越罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦,並待法醫確定女死者死因後再確定涉案女子是否涉及其他犯罪。
Indonesian woman apprehended for providing illegal medical beauty services
On 6th May 2023, the Judiciary Police received a notification from the Conde S. Januário Hospital that a Filipina had been sent to the hospital due to persistent high fever and delirious condition on May 5th. Upon examination, she tested positive to Influenza A and was found to have received whitening drip treatment after the disease onset. The woman succumbed to illness on May 6th. An examination was conducted on the body by the authorities but no suspicious cicatrix was found.
Upon investigation, the personnel of the Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police found that the female deceased had started to suffer from high fever on May 4th, yet she still requested her female flatmate to accompany her to a residential unit in Travessa dos Calafates to receive whitening drip conducted by an Indonesian woman the following day. Due to the female deceased’s persistent high fever and delirious condition afterwards, her female friend sent her to the hospital for treatment.
On May 6th, the personnel of the Economic Crimes Division and the personnel of the Health Bureau found the involved Indonesian woman, who was a holder of Non-resident Worker’s identification card, in the abovementioned apartment, with various types of invasive medical items including multiple bottles of unknown intravenous fluids, trocar needles, syringes, etc. seized in her room. Investigation revealed that the involved woman worked as a domestic helper in Macao, who admitted to have conducted whitening drips for foreign domestic helpers and her fellow Indonesians without a licence and professional qualifications to earn money.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of usurpation of duty, and will further determine whether she has been involved in other crimes after the forensic physician has confirmed the cause of the female deceased’s death.

A PJ foi informada pelo Centro Hospitalar Conde de S. Januário em 6 de Maio de 2023 de que uma mulher oriunda das Filipinas deu entrada em 5 de Maio, no Hospital com sintomas de febre alta e em estado de inconsciência, foi-lhe diagnosticada gripe A, e morreu em 6 de Maio. Além disso, apurou-se que a mesma tinha recebido injecções para clarear a pele após o surgimento de sintomas da gripe. No exame do médico legista, não foi verificada a existência de feridas suspeitas.
Após averiguações, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa da PJ verificou que a mulher em causa começou a ter febre alta e não se sentiu bem em 4 de Maio, mas que ainda assim, no dia seguinte, pediu a uma amiga com quem morava para acompanhá-la a um apartamento, na Travessa dos Calafates, para receber uma injecção de clareação de pele, por uma mulher de nacionalidade indonésia. Mais tarde, a filipina manifestou febre alta e ficou inconsciente, daí foi levada para o Hospital pela sua amiga.
Em 6 de Maio, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos, em conjunto com o pessoal dos SS, encontraram a dita mulher de nacionalidade indonésia, Trabalhadora Não-Residente, no dito apartamento, e apreenderam várias garrafas com líquidos intravenosos desconhecidos, cateteres, seringas e outros tipos de dispositivos médicos invasivos. Na investigação, apurou-se que a mulher envolvida no caso é uma empregada doméstica, ela admitiu ter administrado injecções para clarear a pele a várias empregadas domésticas e suas conterrâneas sem licença e qualificações profissionais para o fazer, com vista a ganhar algum dinheiro extra. Para já, a detida foi presente ao MP por usurpação de funções, a PJ continua a investigar se esta está ligada a outros casos criminais com base no parecer médico-legal obtido posteriormente.
