反罪惡巡查行動——巡查娛樂場
2023年4月1日至13日,本局博彩罪案調查處透過與博企建立的“預防及打擊非法兌換”合作機制,先後聯同六間博企的保安部人員到路氹城及新口岸區多間娛樂場進行針對非法兌換貨幣活動(俗稱“換錢黨”)的反罪惡巡查,以持續淨化娛樂場及周邊治安環境。
連日行動中,本局人員合共截查209人(131男78女),當中62名內地人士(47男15女)因涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣活動被帶返本局作身份認別及進一步調查,隨後悉數移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – patrolling casinos
Between 1st and 13th April 2023, through the “Prevention and Combat Against Illegal Exchange” cooperation mechanism established with gaming concessionaires, the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police, together with the security officers of the six gaming concessionaires, conducted anti-crime patrols in their casino successively, targeting illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “currency exchange gangs”), thereby continuing to enhance the security environment of casinos and their peripheries.
During the successive days of operations, a total of 209 individuals (131 men and 78 women) were stopped and questioned. Among them, 62 mainlanders (47 men and 15 women) were brought back to the Judiciary Police for identity verification and further investigation due to their engagement in illegal foreign currency exchange activities. Subsequently, all of them were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling.
Operação anticrime – Rusgas nos casinos
Entre os dias 1 e 13 de Abril de 2023, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo, através do mecanismo de cooperação com as empresas de jogo “Prevenção e combate ao câmbio ilegal”, efectuou rusgas anticrime com o pessoal do serviço de segurança de seis empresas de jogo, nos casinos do Cotai e ZAPE para combater as actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro (“burlões da troca de dinheiro”), com vista a dar continuidade ao melhoraramento da segurança naqueles estabelecimentos e nos seus arredores.
Nestas operações, foram identificados 209 indivíduos (131 homens e 78 mulheres), dos quais 62 residentes da China continental (47 homens e 15 mulheres) foram levados às nossas instalações por envolvimento em actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro, após a identificação e a investigação, aqueles indivíduos foram encaminhados para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
