反罪惡巡查行動——巡查娛樂場
2023年3月30日及31日,本局博彩罪案調查處透過與博企的“預防及打擊非法兌換”合作機制,聯同本澳兩間博企的娛樂場保安部,在其轄下娛樂場、酒店及購物中心進行針對非法兌換貨幣活動(俗稱“換錢黨”)的反罪惡巡查,以淨化本澳娛樂場及周邊區域的治安環境。
行動中合共截查62人(36男26女),當中21名內地居民(9男12女)因從事非法兌換外幣活動、1名內地女子逾期逗留,俱被帶返本局作身份認別及進一步調查,隨後悉數移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – Patrolling casinos
On 30th and 31st March 2023, to enhance the security environment of Macao casinos and their peripheries, the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police conducted anti-crime patrols jointly with the security departments of 2 local gaming concessionaires in their casinos, hotels and shopping centres aiming at illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “currency exchange gangs”) via the “Prevention and Combat against Illegal Exchange” cooperation mechanism with gaming concessionaires.
During the operation, a total of 62 individuals (36 men and 26 women) were stopped and questioned. Among them, 21 mainland residents (9 men and 12 women) and 1 female mainlander were brought back to the Judiciary Police for identity verification and further investigation for engaging in illegal foreign currency exchange activities and overstaying respectively. All of them were subsequently transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling.
Operação anticrime – Rusgas nos casinos
Nos dias 30 e 31 de Março de 2023, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo, através do mecanismo de cooperação “Prevenção e combate ao câmbio ilegal” com as empresas de jogo, efecutou rusgas anticrime em conjunto com o serviço de segurança de duas empresas de jogo de Macau nos seus casinos, hotéis e centros comerciais para combater as actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro (“burlões da troca de dinheiro”), com vista a melhorar a segurança nos casinos de Macau e nos seus arredores.
Nesta acção, foram identificados 62 indivíduos (36 homens e 26 mulheres), dos quais 21 residentes da China continental (9 homens e 12 mulheres) foram levados às instalações da PJ por envolvimento em actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro e uma mulher da China continental por permanecer em Macau com o visto caducado, após a identificação e a investigação, aqueles indivíduos foram encaminhados ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
