反罪惡巡查行動——巡查大廈
2023年3月27日,本局有組織罪案調查處派出八名刑事偵查員,前往新橋區一帶的住宅大廈進行反罪惡巡查。
行動中查獲一名涉嫌賣淫的內地女子,並在其居住房間搜出賣淫用品,同時查獲一名本澳男嫖客。內地女子承認在本澳賣淫圖利。
本局根據《禁止非法提供住宿》的相關規定,通報旅遊局及其他相關部門到場對該住宅單位進行查封程序,並於隨後將該名內地女子移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理,而上述本澳男嫖客經完成相關調查及身份認別程序後准予離開。
Anti-crime patrol operation – Patrolling buildings
The Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police dispatched eight criminal investigators to conduct anti-crime patrols in residential buildings in San Kio district on 27th March 2023.
In the operation, a mainland Chinese woman suspectedly engaging in prostitution was found; supplies used for prostitution were seized and a local male patron found in her room. The mainland Chinese woman admitted to have engaged in prostitution for profit in Macao.
The Judiciary Police, following the relevant stipulations of “Prohibition of illegal provision of accommodation”, notified the Tourism Office and other relevant authorities to seal off the residential apartment, before subsequently transferring the mainland Chinese woman to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force. The aforesaid local male patron was released upon completion of relevant investigations and identification procedures.
Operação anticrime – Rusgas em edifícios
Em 27 de Março, a nossa Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo enviou 8 investigadores para efectuar rusgas anticrime em edifícios residenciais nas proximidades da zona de San Kio.
Nesta operação foi encontrada uma mulher da RPC que praticava prostituição e foram encontrados no seu quarto alguns objectos usados na actividade, assim como um cliente local. A mulher admitiu aquela prática em Macau para lucrar.
O facto foi comunicado à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo de acordo com o disposto na Proibição de prestação ilegal de alojamento e a outros respectivos serviços para que o apartamento em causa seja selado. A mulher foi posteriormente transferida para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP, enquanto o referido cliente obteve autorização para sair após concluída a identificação.
