反罪惡巡查行動——巡查酒店
2023年3月24日,本局有組織罪案調查處派出16名刑事偵查員,前往新口岸及中區一帶的酒店進行反罪惡巡查。
行動中查獲六名涉嫌從事非法按摩或賣淫活動的內地女子,並分別在其租住房間搜出賣淫用品,同時查獲兩名本澳男嫖客。六名女子均承認在本澳從事按摩或賣淫活動圖利。
本局根據《禁止非法工作規章》的相關規定向勞工事務局作出通報,並於隨後將上述六名內地女子移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理,而兩名本澳男嫖客經完成相關調查及身份認別程序後准予離開。
Anti-crime patrol operation – Patrolling hotels
The Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police dispatched 16 criminal investigators to conduct anti-crime patrols in hotels in ZAPE and the central district on 24th March 2023.
In the operation, six mainland Chinese women suspectedly engaging in illegal massage or prostitution activities were found; supplies used for prostitution were seized and two local male patrons found in their respective rooms. All six women admitted to have engaged in massaging or prostitution activities for profit in Macao.
The Judiciary Police, following the relevant stipulations in the “Regulations on the prohibition of illegal work”, notified the Labour Affairs Bureau of the incident, before transferring the six aforesaid mainland Chinese women to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force. The two local male patrons were released upon completion of relevant investigations and identification procedures.
Operação anticrime – Rusgas em hotéis
Em 24 de Março, a nossa Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo enviou 16 investigadores para efectuar rusgas anticrime em hotéis do NAPE e da zona central.
Nesta operação foram encontradas seis mulheres da RPC que praticavam a prostituição e massagens e foram encontrados nos quartos arrendados alguns objectos que as mesmas usavam naquela actividade, assim como dois clientes locais. Todas as mulheres admitiram aquelas práticas em Macau para lucrar.
O facto foi comunicado à Direcção dos Serviços para os Assuntos Laborais de acordo com o disposto no Regulamento sobre a Proibição do Trabalho Ilegal e posteriormente, todas as mulheres foram transferidas para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP, enquanto os dois clientes obtiveram autorização para sair após concluída a identificação.
