本澳男子涉相當巨額詐騙及偽造具特別價值之文件被拘
本局於2021年2月3日接獲一名內地男子報案,報稱被一名本澳男子藉投資名牌商品轉售生意為名詐騙逾100萬元人民幣。
本局經濟罪案調查處人員跟進調查,發現涉案男子於2019年5月聲稱有途徑在本澳以低價購買名牌手袋及球鞋等商品,再將之運往內地轉售圖利,每周可獲超過投資額10%的利潤,誘使事主於同年5月至9月共交付1,361,305元人民幣,並曾給予269,500元人民幣利潤,但此後便以不同藉口拖延還款,最終失去聯絡,事主發現受騙而報警求助。
直至2023年3月20日,本局在關閘口岸將涉案男子截獲,其承認因嗜賭而詐騙事主,所騙款項已全數輸清;同時供稱在內地以他人身份辦理內地居民身份證,並以此開立多張銀行卡用作生活開銷。本局人員根據涉案男子供述,在其住所搜獲至少10張內地銀行卡。
本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及偽造具特別價值之文件罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount and falsification of documents of special value
On 3rd February 2021, the Judiciary Police received a report from a mainland man, alleging that he had been defrauded of over RMB1 million by a local man under the pretext of investment in the resale business of merchandise of famous brands.
The Economic Crimes Division personnel of the Judiciary Police conducted follow-up investigation, and found that the involved man claimed in May 2019 that he had a way to purchase merchandise of famous brands such as handbags and sneakers at low prices in Macao, and subsequently transported them to the mainland for resale at a profit of more than 10% of the amount invested per week, inducing the victim to pay a total of RMB1,361,305 from May to September of the same year. The involved man had once offered a profit of RMB269,500, but delayed the repayment with various excuses thereafter and could no longer be reached in the end. Having found that he had been defrauded, the victim reported to the police for assistance.
On 20th March 2023, the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved man at the Border Gate checkpoint, who admitted to defrauding the victim because of his gambling addiction, and all the fraudulent proceeds had already been gambled away. He also confessed to applying for a Mainland Resident Identity Card using another person’s identity in mainland, with which he had opened multiple bank cards to cover his living expenses. Based on the statement of the involved man, the Judiciary Police personnel seized at least 10 mainland bank cards at his residence.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and falsification of documents of special value.

No dia 3 de Fevereiro de 2021, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem do continente, na qual dizia ter sido burlado em mais de 1 milhão de RMB por um residente com promessas de investimento em revenda de produtos de luxo.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação e verificou que em Maio de 2019, o suspeito tinha alegado que conseguia comprar malas e sapatilhas de marcas de luxo por um preço baixo em Macau e transportá-los para o continente e serem revendidos e que podia garantir um lucro semanal superior a 10% do montante investido. Assim, a vítima entregou entre Maio e Setembro do mesmo ano, um total de 1.361.305 RMB ao suspeito e chegou a lucrar 269.500 RMB. Contudo, a partir daí, o suspeito começou a usar vários pretextos para atrasar os retornos, e acabou por ficar incontactável. Ao aperceber-se de que tinha sido burlado, a vítima apresentou queixa à polícia.
No dia 20 de Março de 2023, o pessoal da PJ deteve o suspeito no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. O mesmo confessou ser viciado no jogo e resolveu burlar a vítima. O montante conseguido foi declarado perdido no jogo. Além disso, disse que tinha utilizado dados pessoais de outrem para formalizar o bilhete de identidade de residente da China, tendo utilizado o mesmo documento para requerer vários cartões bancários para pagar as despesas diárias.
Conforme os dados fornecidos, o nosso pessoal conseguiu encontrar pelo menos 10 cartões bancários do continente na residência do suspeito. O detido foi presente ao MP por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado e falsificação de documento de especial valor.
