內地男子涉加重盜竊及詐騙就逮
本局於2023年3月9日接獲一名本澳女子舉報,報稱其外出晚膳後返回住所,發覺家中有被搜掠痕跡,經點算發現損失現金及首飾等共值約2.6萬澳門元。
本局搶劫罪案調查科人員調查後得知,一名男子沿大廈水管攀爬至案發單位,再拆毀窗花並潛入單位盜竊,得手後轉到內港一押店典當首飾贓物,然後返回中區一賓館房間匿藏。本局人員隨即採取行動,在上述賓館房間拘獲涉案內地男子,並在其身上搜出1.4萬元人民幣現金。
涉案男子承認因賭敗而犯案;根據相關資料顯示,其於2016年因涉及兩宗同類案件被捕,其後被禁止入境五年。本局以加重盜竊罪及詐騙罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man nabbed for involvement in aggravated theft and fraud
On 9th March 2023, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from a Macao woman, reporting that upon returning home from dining out, she discovered that it had been ransacked. After counting, she reported a loss of cash and jewellery worth about MOP$26,000 in total.
Upon investigation, personnel of the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police learnt that, a man had climbed along the water pipe of a building to the unit where the crime broke out, then broke the window grilles and burgled the unit. After getting his job done, he proceeded to a pawnshop at the Interior Port to pawn the jewellery and the booty. Afterwards, he headed back to a room of a guesthouse in the central district and hid inside. Personnel of the Judiciary Police mounted an operation immediately, arresting the involved mainland man at the room of the aforesaid guesthouse, as well as seizing RMB14,000 in cash from him.
The involved man admitted to committing the crime due to gambling loss. According to the relevant information, it was revealed that he was apprehended in 2016 in connection with two similar cases, and was subsequently subject to prohibition of entry for 5 years. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and fraud.

Em 9 de Março de 2023, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de uma mulher de Macau, que dizia que quando chegou a casa, depois do jantar, descobri que alguém tinha vasculhado a sua casa. Após efectuada a contagem, verificou que tinham sido furtados dinheiro e jóias, no valor total de cerca de 26.000 patacas.
Na investigação, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo verificou que um homem entrou no apartamento escalando as condutas de água do edifício e depois de partir a grade de uma das janela. Após o furto, este penhorou as jóias numa casa de penhores no Porto Interior e escondeu-se numa pensão na zona central. Os nossos agentes entraram em acção, detiveram o suspeito, da China continental, num quarto daquela pensão, e apreenderam, na sua posse, 14.000 RMB em numerário.
O suspeito admitiu ter actuado por causa de ter perdido ao jogo. De acordo com as informações obtidas, este tinha sido detido em 2016 por envolvimento em dois casos semelhantes e proibido de entrar em Macau por cinco anos. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e burla.
