反罪惡巡查行動──持續打擊非法兌換貨幣活動
本局博彩罪案調查處持續透過與博企的“預防及打擊非法兌換”合作機制,淨化本澳娛樂場及周邊區域的治安環境。2023年3月2日及3日分別聯同本澳兩間博企的保安部代表,前往其轄下娛樂場、酒店及購物中心進行針對非法兌換貨幣活動(俗稱“換錢黨”)的反罪惡巡查行動。
行動中合共截查81人(56男25女),當中44人(包括30男8女內地居民、4男2女本澳居民)因從事非法兌換外幣活動被帶返本局作身份認別及進一步調查,其中38名內地男女隨後被移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – continuously combating illegal currency exchange activities
The Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police continuously enhanced the security of Macao casinos and their peripheries by the “Prevention and Combat Against Illegal Exchange” cooperation mechanism with gaming enterprises. On 2nd and 3rd March 2023, anti-crime patrol operations against illegal currency exchange activities (so-called “currency exchange gangs”) were carried out respectively with the representatives of the Security Departments of two Macao gaming enterprises in the casinos, hotels and shopping centres under these enterprises.
A total of 81 persons (56 men and 25 women) were stopped and questioned in the operation, among them 44 persons (including 30 male and 8 female mainland residents, 4 male and 2 female local residents) were brought back to the Judiciary Police for identity verification and further investigation due to their engagement in illegal currency exchange activities, and the 38 mainlanders among them were subsequently transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling.
Operação anticrime – Combate às actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro
A DICJ tem trabalhado para melhorar a segurança nos casinos de Macau e nos seus arredores através do mecanismo de cooperação “Prevenção e combate ao câmbio ilegal” com as concessionárias de jogo. No dia 2 e 3 de Março de 2023, o pessoal da DICJ, juntamente com os representantes da segurança de duas concessionárias de jogo, deslocou-se aos seus casinos, hotéis e centros de compras para efectuar uma operação anticrime focada nas actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro (“burlões da troca de dinheiro”).
Na operação, foram identificados 81 indivíduos (56 homens e 25 mulheres), dos quais 44 indivíduos (incluindo 30 homens e 8 mulheres, residentes da China continental e 4 homens e 2 mulheres que são residentes) suspeitos de envolvimento em actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro foram levados às instalações da PJ para identificação e investigação, entre estes, 38 indivíduos do continente foram depois encaminhados ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
