香港男子涉巨額詐騙就逮
2023 年2月25日,本局接獲一間押店舉報,稱一名香港男子典當一枚名貴手錶,但實則為贗品,令押店損失五萬港元。
涉案男子入境本澳時被截獲,本局經濟罪案調查處人員在其身上搜獲兩枚不同品牌名錶和兩張寫有押店名稱的名單。涉案男子在查問期間拒絕合作,但經聯絡名單上的押店,證實其中一間押店曾於2023年2月27日收到涉案男子典當的一枚贗品手錶,押店聲稱該錶同為贗品,損失六萬港元。兩間押店合共損失11萬港元。
經本局人員邀請第三方機構對上述四枚涉案手錶檢驗後,證實均為贗品。本局以詐騙(巨額)罪將涉案男子送交檢察院偵辦。
Hong Kong man arrested for massive fraud
On 25th February 2023, a pawnshop reported to the Judiciary Police, indicating that a Hong Kong man had pawned a luxury watch which, however, was actually a counterfeit, incurring a loss of HKD50,000 to the pawnshop.
The involved man was intercepted when entering Macao, from whom personnel of the Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police found two luxury watches of different brands and two lists written with names of pawnshops. During interrogation, the involved man refused to cooperate. However, after contacting the pawnshop on the list. It was confirmed that one of the pawnshops had received a counterfeit watch, pawned by the involved man on 27th February 2023. The pawnshop claimed that the watch was also a counterfeit, and a loss of HKD60,000 was incurred. Both pawnshops suffered a total loss of HKD110,000.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police invited a third-party institution to examine the above four watches involved, which were all confirmed to be counterfeits afterwards. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of (massive) fraud.

No dia 25 de Fevereiro de 2023, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de uma casa de penhores, que dizia que um homem de Hong Kong tinha penhorado um relógio de luxo, mas este era falso, isso fez com que a casa de penhores tivesse sofrido um prejuízo de 50.000 HKD.
O suspeito foi detido ao entrar em Macau. Na sua posse, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos apreendeu dois relógios de marca diferente e duas listas com nomes de casas de penhores. Durante o interrogatório, o suspeito recusou-se a cooperar. Depois de ter contactado as casas de penhores referidas nas listas, verificou-se que uma delas tinha recebido um relógio falso penhorado pelo suspeito no dia 27 de Fevereiro de 2023. Aquela casa de penhores declarou que o relógio era falso e sofreu um prejuízo de 60.000 HKD. As duas casas de penhores sofreram um prejuízo total de 110.000 HKD.
Após pedido o exame dos 4 relógios a uma instituição terceira convidada pela PJ, verificou-se que estes eram falsos, assim, o detido foi presente ao MP por burla (valor elevado).
