本澳女子涉代購詐騙被拘
本局於2023年1月先後接獲四名本澳女子報案,均指透過一名本澳女子代購或代售名牌貨品,但無法取得相關貨品或款項,懷疑受騙而報警求助。
本局經濟罪案調查處人員調查發現,四名女事主於2021年至2022年間先後光顧涉案女子有份經營的網店,分別要求對方代購或代售名牌皮具、手錶、首飾、手機等,但最終未能成功收到貨品或款項,其中僅有一名女事主獲涉案女子返還約21萬澳門元,涉案金額近390萬澳門元。
2023年2月27日,本局人員將涉案女子帶返調查,其承認自2022年年中開始無法以優惠價格取得貨源,故未能交貨,並供稱將客人寄賣的貨品售出後所得款項全數用於日常消費。本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Local woman arrested for surrogate shopping fraud
The Judiciary Police successively received reports from four local women in January 2023, all of whom alleging that they had purchased or sold merchandise of famous brands through a Macao woman, yet they could not obtain the relevant merchandise or money. Suspected of being defrauded, they reported to the police for assistance.
Investigation by the Economic Crimes Division personnel of the Judiciary Police revealed that the four female victims had successively patronized the online store which the involved woman had a stake in operating between 2021 and 2022, requesting the latter for surrogate purchase or sale of leather products, watches, jewelry, mobile phones, etc. of famous brands respectively, but failed to receive the merchandise or money in the end. Only one of the female victims received a refund of approximately MOP210,000 from the involved woman, involving an amount of nearly MOP3.9 million.
On 27th February 2023, the Judiciary Police personnel took the involved woman in for investigation, who admitted that she failed to deliver the merchandise as she had not been able to obtain supplies at a preferential price since mid-2022, and confessed that all the proceeds from the sale of the customers’ consigned merchandise had been used for daily expenses. The Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount).

Em Janeiro de 2023, a PJ recebeu as denúncias de 4 mulheres de Macau, nas quais diziam que tinham encarregado uma mulher local para comprar ou vender os seus produtos de marca, mas não receberam os produtos requeridos ou o dinheiro das vendas, desconfiaram tratar-se de uma burla e denunciaram o caso à polícia.
Na investigação, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos apurou que, as quatro vítimas entre 2021 e 2022 pediram, à loja online da suspeita, a compra ou a venda de produtos de couro, relógios, joias e relógios de marca, mas não chegaram a receber os produtos ou o dinheiro. Das quatro, apenas uma conseguiu recuperar cerca de 210.000 patacas. O montante envolvido foi aproximadamente de 3,9 milhões patacas.
No dia 27 de Fevereiro de 2023, o nosso pessoal pediu à suspeita para colaborar na investigação, esta admitiu que, em meados de 2022, não conseguiu adquirir os produtos com desconto, por esse motivo não foi capaz de entregar os produtos requeridos pelas vítimas, disse ainda que o dinheiro obtido, das vendas dos produtos dos clientes, foi gasto no consumo quotidiano. A mulher foi presente ao MP acusada de burla (de elevado valor).
