本局與澳門海關合破協助偷渡案 拘兩人
本局接獲情報指有活躍於珠澳兩地的犯罪集團協助非法入境者喬裝成採蠔工人偷渡來澳,特別調查處人員跟進調查,掌握涉案犯罪集團的運作模式及集團成員身份,並得悉該集團於2023年2月12日晚上作案,隨即透過反偷渡工作小組通報澳門海關展開聯合部署。
2023年2月13日凌晨於澳門國際機場跑道對開海面截停一艘木船,並將船上五名內地男子帶返調查,證實其中兩人為涉案集團成員,其餘三人為非法入境者,均供稱向該犯罪集團支付1萬至1.5萬元人民幣偷渡費來澳賭博及消遣。
本局以犯罪集團罪、協助非法出入境及非法逗留罪將兩名犯罪集團成員送交檢察院偵辦。
The Judiciary Police collaborates with Macao Customs in the crackdown of a case of assisting illegal immigration, arresting two persons
The Judiciary Police was informed that a criminal syndicate active in Zhuhai and Macao had been assisting illegal immigrants to pose as oyster harvesters to illegally enter Macao. Following up the investigation, the Special Investigation Division officers learnt of the criminal syndicate’s mode of operation and identity of the syndicate members. When it was learnt that the syndicate would perpetrate on the evening of 12th February 2023, the Macao Customs was promptly notified, via the Anti-illegal Immigration Working Group, to launch joint deployment operation.
During the wee hours of 13th February 2023, a wooden boat was intercepted on the waters off the Macao International Airport runway. Of the five mainland Chinese men onboard taken in for investigation, two were identified as members of the involved syndicate, while the remaining three were illegal immigrants, who had allegedly paid the criminal syndicate smuggling fees ranging from RMB 10,000 to 15,000 for gambling and entertainment in Macao.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two criminal syndicate members to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of criminal syndicate, assisting in illegal entry and exit, and illegal staying.
Operação conjunta da PJ e SA desmantelou rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal que resultou na detenção de dois indivíduos
A PJ recebeu informações acerca de uma rede criminosa activa em Zhuhai e Macau que estaria a ajudar pessoas a entrar clandestinamente em Macau e para tal disfarçavam-se de pescadores de ostras. O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação Especial tomou conta da investigação e conseguiu dominar o modo de operação e identificar os elementos da rede criminosa. Além disso, descobriu que a mesma iria actuar na noite de 12 de Fevereiro de 2023. A PJ comunicou imediatamente o facto aos SA através do “Grupo de trabalho de combate à imigração ilegal” e organizou-se uma operação conjunta.
Na madrugada de 13 de Fevereiro de 2023, foi interceptada na área marítima perto da pista do Aeroporto Internacional de Macau uma embarcação de madeira. A bordo estavam 5 homens do continente, os quais foram levados às nossas instalações para investigação. Apurou-se que dois dos suspeitos são elementos da rede criminosa e os restantes três imigrantes ilegais, os quais confessaram que pagaram entre 10 a 15 mil RMB à rede como preço para entrar ilegalmente e alegaram vir a Macau para jogar e divertimento.
Os dois elementos da rede criminosa foram presentes ao MP acusados de associação criminosa, auxílio à imigração ilegal e imigração ilegal.
