本澳男子涉簽發空頭支票被捕
2022年11月30日,一名本澳男子向本局檢舉一宗簽發空頭支票案,報稱損失193,000港元,本局經濟罪案調查處隨即展開調查。
案情顯示,事主於2015年起出租三部黑色的士予涉案本澳男子,每月租金合共為64,000澳門元。自2020年初,涉案男子開始拖欠租金,合共約100多萬港元,經事主追討下,涉案男子簽發多張支票作給付租金之用,但事主於2022年11月30日持其中一張到期支票兌現時卻不果,故報警求助。
2023年1月17日,本局人員於涉案男子住所將其尋獲,其承認犯案,本局以簽發空頭支票罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Macao man nabbed for involvement in issuing rubber cheque
On 30th November 2022, a Macao man filed a complaint concerning a case of issuing rubber cheque with the Judiciary Police, reporting to have suffered a loss of HKD193,000. The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation immediately.
Case details revealed that, since 2015, the victim had leased three black taxis to the involved Macao man, and the rental was MOP64,000 in total per month. Since early 2020, the involved man had started to owe rent, accumulating to approximately over HKD1 million in arrears. Upon pursuit by the victim, the involved man issued multiple cheques for rental payment. Yet, on 30th November 2022, the victim failed to cash one of the cheques that was due. Thus, he reported to the police for assistance.
On 17th January 2023, personnel of the Judiciary Police found the involved man at his residence. The involved man confessed that he had committed the crime. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of issuing rubber cheques.

No dia 30 de Novembro de 2022, A PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem de Macau sobre a emissão de cheques sem provisão, na qual se dizia que tinha sofrido um prejuízo de 193.000 HKD, assim, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação de imediato.
Apurou-se que desde 2015, a vítima arrendava três táxis de cor preta a um homem de Macau, suspeito deste caso, e recebia uma renda mensal de 64.000 patacas, mas no início de 2020, o suspeito começou a faltar aos pagamentos, a dívida chegou a mais de um milhão de HKD. Depois de a vítima ter pedido o pagamento, o suspeito deu-lhe vários cheques para pagar as rendas, no entanto, no dia 30 de Novembro de 2022, a vítima foi sacar um dos cheques mas não conseguiu, assim, fez queixa na PJ.
No dia 17 de Janeiro de 2023, o suspeito foi detido no seu apartamento. Este confessou o crime, assim, foi presente ao MP por emissão de cheques sem provisão.
