本澳女商人涉簽發空頭支票被捕
2022年9月5日,一名本澳男商人向本局檢舉一名本澳女商人向其簽發空頭支票,導致損失300萬港元。
案情顯示,涉案女商人以珠寶店需要資金周轉為由向事主借取300萬港元,同時簽發支票作抵押,但無法兌現。2022年8月30日,涉案女商人又簽發三張面額為100萬港元的支票予事主,但事主持票兌現依然不果,故報案求助。
2023年1月16日,本局經濟罪案調查處人員傳召涉案女商人到本局協查,其承認犯案,本局以簽發空頭支票罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Local businesswoman arrested for issuing rubber cheques
On 5th September 2022, a local businessman reported to the Judiciary Police that a local businesswoman had issued rubber cheques to him, leading to a loss of HKD3 million.
Case details revealed that the involved businesswoman had borrowed HKD3 million from the victim due to capital turnover for her jewellery shop, while issuing a cheque as a pledge, which was unable to be honoured. The involved businesswoman issued another three cheques, each for HKD1 million, to the victim on 30th August 2022. When the victim still could not cash out the cheques, he reported to the police for help.
The Economic Crimes Division personnel of the Judiciary Police summoned the involved businesswoman to assist in the investigation on 16th January 2023, who admitted to the perpetration. The Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of issuing rubber cheque.
Detida uma comerciante de Macau por emissão de cheques sem provisão
No dia 5 de Setembro de 2022, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um comerciante de Macau, dizendo que tinha recebido cheques sem provisão emitidos por uma comerciante de Macau, e sofreu um prejuízo de 3 milhões de HKD.
Apurou-se que a suspeita pediu ao denunciante um empréstimo no valor de 3 milhões de HKD por a loja de joalharia estar em emergência de dinheiro, e ao mesmo tempo, esta emitiu um cheque como garantia, mas o cheque não conseguiu ser sacado. No dia 30 de Agosto de 2022, a suspeita emitiu outros três cheques de um milhão de HKD, mas a vítima ainda não conseguiu sacá-los, assim, fez queixa na PJ.
No dia 16 de Janeiro de 2023, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos pediu à mulher envolvida para colaborar na investigação. Esta confessou o crime, assim, foi presente ao MP por emissão de cheques sem provisão.
