越南籍女外僱涉販吸毒被拘
因應本澳與鄰近地區恢復正常通關,以及農曆新年長假將至,本局適時調整警務部署,加強搜集涉毒情資。
數日前,本局毒品罪案調查處人員接獲情報,指一名越南籍女子於中區販賣毒品,經調查後掌握該名女子的外貌特徵及住址,並於2023年1月17日凌晨約一時涉案女子返回住處時人贜並獲,在其居所搜出22.65克“冰”毒, 13.47克氯胺酮, 37粒“搖頭丸”及1克“搖頭粉末”。隨後,於涉案女子在黑沙環區租用的一個單位內搜獲459.03克“冰”毒,45粒“搖頭丸”、一台電子秤及毒品分拆包裝袋等。是次行動共搜獲約481.68克“冰”毒、13.47克氯胺酮、82粒“搖頭丸”及約1克“搖頭粉末”,總值約160萬澳門元。
涉案越南籍女子承認有吸毒習慣及從事販毒,但拒絕交代毒品來源。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將其移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查毒品來源及其他涉案人。
Female Vietnamese non-resident worker arrested for drug trafficking and consumption
In response to the reopening of borders between Macao and neighbouring regions, in addition to the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday marathon, the Judiciary Police has timely adjusted its policing deployment and reinforced the collection of drug-related intelligence.
The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police received intelligence several days ago that a Vietnamese woman had been trafficking drugs in the central district. Upon investigation that established the woman’s physical features and residence, she was caught in flagrante delicto when she was returning home at around 1 a.m. on 17th January 2023. At her residence, 22.65 grams of the drug “ice”, 13.47 grams of ketamine, 37 “ecstasy pills” and 1 gram of “ecstasy powder” were seized, while 459.03 grams of “ice”, 45 “ecstasy pills”, an electronic scale and drug packaging wraps were subsequently found in her rental apartment in Areia Preta. A total of around 481.68 grams of “ice”, 13.47 grams of ketamine, 82 “ecstasy pills” and around 1 gram of “ecstasy powder”, collectively valued at around MOP 1.6 million, were seized in the operation.
The involved Vietnamese woman admitted to her drug taking habit and engagement in drug trafficking, despite her refusal to disclose the origin of the drug. The Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances, while continuing to trace the origin of the drugs and other involved persons.

Devido à retomada da normal passagem transfronteiriça entre Macau e as regiões vizinhas, bem como com a aproximação dos feriados do ano novo lunar, a PJ ajustou as estratégias de trabalho, incrementando a recolha de informações relativas a droga.
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes recebeu informações dizendo que uma vietnamita estaria a vender droga na zona central, na investigação, conseguimos identificar a mulher e a sua morada, assim na madrugada de 17 de Janeiro de 2023, por volta de uma hora, a suspeita foi detida quando regressou à residência, trazia 22,65 gramas da droga “ice” e no seu apartamento foram apreendidos 13,47 gramas de quetamina, 37 comprimidos de “ecstasy”e 1 grama de “ecstasy” em pó. Foram ainda apreendidos num apartamento alugado pela mulher, na zona de Areia Preta, 459,03 gramas de “ice”, 45 comprimidos de “ecstasy”, uma balança electrónica e sacos para embrulhar e dividir a droga. Nesta operação, a apreensão total foi de 481,68 gramas de “ice”, 13,47 gramas de quetamina, 82 comprimidos de “ecstasy” e cerca de um grama de “ecstasy” em pó, no valor total que ronda os 1,6 milhões de patacas.
A detida confessou ter o hábito de consumir droga e disse praticar o tráfico de droga, mas recusou-se a dar informações sobre a origem da droga. Foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e procura outros eventuais envolvidos.
