“冬防行動2023”——巡查路氹城區娛樂場及周邊
時近歲晚,本澳市面節慶活動頻繁,加上訪澳旅客日漸增多,為保障社會穩定和公共安全,防範不法之徒伺機作案,在警察總局統籌及協調下,司法警察局於2023年1月4日起開展“冬防行動2023”反罪惡巡查,全力預防和打擊各類犯罪活動,淨化社會治安環境,確保市民和遊客安心歡度春節。
2023年1月4日晚上9時至11時30分,司警局共派出25名刑事偵查人員巡查路氹城區娛樂場及周邊,防範及打擊與博彩相關的犯罪及不法活動,震懾不法份子。行動中合共截查114人(66男48女),其中七男三女涉及非法兌換貨幣活動(俗稱“換錢黨”),另有一名內地男子逾期逗留,均被帶返司警局作身份認別及進一步調查,隨後悉數移送出入境部門處理。

As the Chinese New Year is around the corner, there are frequent festive events in Macao, coupled with an increasing number of visitors to Macao. In order to ensure social stability and maintain public safety, and prevent unruly elements from taking the opportunity to commit crimes, the Judiciary Police has launched the anti-crime patrol “Winter Precaution Operation 2023” under the organization and coordination of the Unitary Police Service since 4th January 2023 to prevent and combat various types of criminal activities with all-out efforts, and purify the environment of public security in the society, thereby enabling the residents and visitors to celebrate the festive season at ease.
On 4th January 2023, from 9pm to 11:30pm, the Judiciary Police mobilized a total of 25 criminal investigators to patrol the casinos and their peripheral areas in the Cotai district to prevent and fight against gaming-related crimes and illegal activities, which served to deter the unruly elements. A total of 114 individuals (66 men and 48 women) were intercepted and questioned in the operation, among which seven men and three women were involved in illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “currency exchange gangs”), and one mainland man had been overstaying in Macao. All of them were brought back to the Judiciary Police for identity verification and further investigation. They were subsequently transferred to the immigration department for handling.

Aproximando-se do Ano Novo Lunar, haverá festejos e cada vez mais turistas em Macau, assim, para garantir a estabilidade e a segurança, bem como prevenir eventuais crimes, com a coordenação e liderança dos SPU, a PJ deu início, a partir de 4 de Janeiro de 2023, às rusgas anti-crime da “Operação Invernal 2023”, intensificando as acções de prevenção e de combate a diversos tipos de crimes, com vista a garantir a segurança e um ambiente seguro e festivo para a população e turistas durante o Ano Novo Lunar.
Entre as 21h00 e 23h30 de 4 de Janeiro de 2023, a PJ mobilizou 25 investigadores para efectuar rusgas nos casinos do Cotai e nas suas proximidades, com vista a prevenir e reprimir a criminalidade ligada ao jogo. Na operação, foram identificados 114 indivíduos (66 homens e 48 mulheres), dos quais 7 homens e 3 mulheres estavam envolvidos em actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro (vulgarmente conhecidos como “burlões da troca de dinheiro”), e um homem da China continental com visto caducado, todos foram encaminhados às autoridades de migração após concluídas a identificação e a investigação.
