兩本澳男女涉假結婚被捕
本局於2022年3月14日接獲舉報指一名內地女子與一名本澳男子以假結婚的手段騙取澳門居民身份證。
經調查發現,涉案男女為家翁與兒媳關係,案中女子於2002年8月與涉案男子第二名兒子離婚,隨即於同年9月與家翁在內地註冊結婚。2022年11月24日,本局於涉案男女住所尋獲二人,男子承認為協助內地兒媳所生的兩名子女獲取澳門居民身份證,曾先後兩次為該女子在本澳醫院所生的子女登記成為父親,事後更於2002 年與該女子假結婚,令其獲取居留權及澳門居民身份證,而女子亦承認上述犯罪行為。
本局以觸犯關於身份的虛假聲明罪及為取得許可而虛偽作出並主張某些法律行為罪將兩人移送檢察院偵辦。
Two locals arrested for sham marriage
On 14th March 2022, the Judiciary Police received a report that a mainland woman had fraudulently obtained Macao Resident Identification Card by means of sham marriage with a local man.
Investigation revealed that the involved man and woman were in fact father-in-law and daughter-in-law. The woman in this case had filed divorce with the second son of the involved man in August 2002, soon afterwards in September the same year, she filed marriage with her father-in-law in the mainland. On 24th November 2022, the Judiciary Police found the two individuals in the involved residence, the man admitted that in order to assist the 2 children of his son and daughter-in-law in the mainland to obtain Macao Resident Identification Cards, he registered as the father of the children given birth by the woman at a Macao hospital twice. Afterwards he entered into a sham marriage with the woman in 2002, enabling her to obtain residentship and Macao Resident Identification Card. The woman had admitted to the perpetration of the above criminal act.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two to the Public Prosecutions Office for committing the offences of false declaration of identity, as well as falsely performing and claiming certain legal acts to obtain permits.
Detidos dois indivíduos por casamento falso
A PJ recebeu uma queixa em 14 de Março de 2022 dizendo que uma mulher da China continental, fez um casamento falso com um residente local para obter o bilhete de identidade de residente de Macau.
Segundo as investigações, soube-se que as duas pessoas envolvidas têm uma relação de nora e sogro. Em Agosto de 2002 a mulher envolvida divorciou-se com o segundo filho do suspeito, e logo em Setembro do mesmo ano registou o casamento com o sogro na China. Em 24 de Novembro de 2022 os dois suspeitos foram detidos pela PJ na sua residência, o homem confessou ter ajudado o filho e a nora da China continental a obterem o bilhete de identidade de residente de Macau para os dois netos. Registou-se duas vezes como pai dos netos nascidos em hospitais de Macau, posteriormente casou-se com a suspeita em 2002, para que esta obtivesse o direito de residência e o bilhete de identidade de residente de Macau, a mulher também confessou a prática dos crimes.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados do crimes de falsas declarações sobre a identidade e de simulação e invocação de certos actos jurídicos para obtenção de autorizações.
