本澳青年涉詐騙被捕
2021年10月,一名本澳女子因懷疑誤墮投資騙局向本局報案,稱損失約670萬元人民幣。
案情顯示,事主參加一個內地網上投資網課時,網課老師向其介紹一位“投資大師”,雙方並交換社交帳號作聯絡;起初事主按照“投資大師”的指示購買內地股票賺取五萬元人民幣,故對之深信不疑。其後,“投資大師”向事主推薦一個“體育彩票”的手機應用程式,並表示知道穩賺不賠的內幕消息,要求事主在應用程式內進行充值。
事主信以為真,於2021年10月下旬將大約670萬元人民幣匯款到應用程式客服提供的多個內地銀行帳戶內;及後事主發現帳戶內的款項僅餘160萬元人民幣,事主經多次在應用程式內要求提款及聯絡“投資大師”均不果後,懷疑受騙,遂向本局求助。
本局調查後,鎖定其中一個涉及收款的銀行帳戶的持有人為一名本澳男子,故於2022年10月21日將之拘捕。涉案男子拒絕合作,但根據調查資料顯示,其擔任轉移犯罪所得的角色,並從中獲利。
本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及清洗黑錢罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查其他犯罪人身份及贜款下落。
Local youth apprehended for fraud
A local woman suspected that she had fallen into an investment scam and the loss incurred was approximately RMB6,700,000, she thereby reported to the Judiciary Police in October 2021.
Case details revealed that while attending an online course for cyber investment in the mainland, the victim was introduced to an “investment master” by the online course tutor and the duo exchanged social accounts for contact purpose. At first, the victim bought mainland shares as per the instructions of the “investment master” and earned RMB50,000, which made her trust him undoubtedly. Later, the “investment master” recommended a mobile app named “Sports lottery” to her, expressing that he had insider information which was definitely profitable and requesting her to conduct top-up in the app.
Believing in his words, the victim transferred approximately RMB6,700,000 to multiple mainland bank accounts provided by the customer service in the app in late October 2021. After that, the victim found that only RMB1,600,000 was left in the balance of the account. Having requested for withdrawal in the app on multiple occasions and failed to contact the “investment master”, the victim suspected that she had been defrauded and thus reported to the Judiciary Police for help.
Upon investigation, a local man was identified to be the holder of one of the involved beneficiary bank accounts, the Judiciary Police thus arrested him on 21st October 2022. The involved man refused to cooperate. Yet investigation details revealed that he had played the role of transferring illicit proceeds and gained profit from it.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and money laundering, while continuing to pursue the identities of other criminals and the whereabouts of the illicit proceeds.

Em Outubro de 2021, uma residente fez queixa na PJ dizendo que suspeitava ter sido burlada através de um esquema de investimento, em que sofreu um prejuízo de 6.7 milhões RMB.
Segundo o que foi apurado, a vítima inscreveu-se num curso online de investimento do continente, o professor online apresentou à vítima um “mestre de investimento”, as partes trocaram dados da conta online para efeitos de contactos. No início, de acordo com as instruções do "mestre de investimento", a vítima comprou acções de bolsas de valores do continente e conseguiu ganhar 50.000 RMB e assim acreditou totalmente no mestre. Em seguida, o “mestre de investimento” recomendou-lhe uma aplicação para telemóvel “Loteria de jogos desportivos” e disse que conhecia segredos para lucrar e não perder, e pediu à vítima para efectuar algumas recargas naquela aplicação.
A vítima acreditou e em meados de Outubro de 2021, fez uma remessa de cerca de 6,7 milhões RMB para várias contas bancárias do continente fornecidas pelo serviço de atendimento daquela aplicação. Posteriormente, a vítima descobriu que o saldo da conta era de apenas 1,6 milhões RMB. Após repetidos pedidos de reembolso e contacto com o “Mestre de investimento” sem sucesso, a vítima percebeu ter sido enganada e fez queixa na PJ.
Segundo as investigações, foi apurado que o titular de uma das contas bancárias envolvidas na cobrança é um residente local, pelo que foi detido em 21 de Outubro de 2022. O homem recusou colaborar com a PJ, mas de acordo com os dados da investigação, ele teve o papel de repassar o dinheiro obtido pelo crime e lucra com isso.
O suspeito foi presente ao MP pelo crime de burla (valor consideravelmente elevada) e lavagem de dinheiro, a PJ continua a procurar o restante dinheiro furtado e outros eventuais envolvidos.
