偵破行李運毒案 拘一名本澳女子
因應本澳新冠疫情的最新變化,澳門自6月19日起進入即時預防狀態,本局加強相關警務執法部署,竭力打擊及防範各類犯罪。
2022年6月23日,本局接獲可靠情報,指一名本澳女子計劃將毒品暗藏於行李箱內,企圖交予正接受醫學觀察的丈夫,經深入調查及分析後派員部署,於同日晚上在路環一醫學觀察酒店大門前將涉案女子截獲,在其行李箱內查獲懷疑毒品,隨後在涉案女子停泊於住所停車場的一輛汽車內搜出毒品及吸食工具,經初步檢驗證實上述毒品分別為大麻9.4克及含有四氫大麻酚成分的大麻油共四瓶,約值二萬澳門元。
涉案女子承認向丈夫提供毒品,本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將之移送檢察院偵辦,並追查毒品來源及其他涉案人。
Case of drug smuggling by baggage cracked with one local woman arrested
In response to the latest changes of COVID-19 epidemic situation in Macao, the city has entered a state of immediate prevention since June 19th. The Judiciary Police has been strengthening the related policing and law enforcement deployment to combat and prevent various types of crimes with all-out efforts.
On 23rd June 2022, the Judiciary Police received reliable intelligence that a local woman had been planning to conceal drugs in her suitcase, in an attempt to hand it to her husband who was under medical observation. After in-depth investigation and analysis, personnel were mobilized to make deployment. The involved woman was intercepted in front of a medical observation hotel entrance in Coloane on the night of the same day, with suspected drugs being found in her suitcase. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were subsequently seized inside a vehicle parked by the involved woman in the carpark of her residence. Preliminary examination confirmed that the above-mentioned drugs were 9.4 grams of cannabis and a total of four bottles of cannabis oil containing THC respectively, valued at approximately MOP20,000.
The involved woman admitted to providing drugs to her husband. The Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while pursuing the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga em bagagem e detida uma mulher de Macau
Face à nova mudança da epidemia de COVID-19, desde 19 de Junho, Macau entrou no estado de prevenção imediata. A PJ intensificou as disposições policiais para combater e prevenir o crime.
Em 23 de Junho de 2022, a PJ recebeu informações confiáveis, indicando que uma mulher de Macau estaria a esconder droga numa bagagem e iria entregá-la ao seu marido que estava sujeito à observação médica em hotel. Na investigação aprofundada, os agentes organizaram uma acção, e naquela noite, foi detida a suspeita em frente a um hotel em Coloane, que estava a ser usado para a observação médica. Na sua bagagem, foi encontrada a droga, e no seu carro, estacionado no parque de estacionamento da sua residência, foi apreendida outra droga e alguns instrumentos para consumo. Após um exame preliminar, verificou-se que a droga apreendida era, respectivamente, 9,4 gramas de canábis e 4 garrafas de óleo de canábis que continha tetrahidrocanabinol, no valor total de cerca de 20.000 patacas.
A detida admitiu ter tentado levar a droga ao marido, assim, foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e outros eventuais envolvidos.
