本澳女子涉相當巨額詐騙及電腦偽造被捕
2021年11月5日,本局接獲一名內地女子報稱被一名本澳女子藉代訂名錶詐騙逾800萬元人民幣。
案情顯示,涉案女子於2021年向內地女事主放售一枚價值20多萬港元的名錶,其後更聲稱認識本澳某鐘錶店東主,可以優惠價協助訂購名錶,事主不虞有詐,先後向涉案女子訂購40枚名錶並付清貨款,但最終只收到21枚,涉案女子建立一個由其本人、女事主及鐘錶店東主組成的聊天群組,以交代缺貨原因;後來,女事主發現涉案女子失聯,遂於2021年11月4日來澳向上述鐘錶店瞭解,才得悉群組內的東主為假冒,故懷疑被騙而報警求助。
本局深入調查後於2022年6月15日尋獲涉案女子,其承認收取女事主訂金但未有如數交貨,且在群組中冒充鐘錶店東主。本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及電腦偽造罪將之移送檢察院處理。
Local woman apprehended for fraud of considerably huge amount and computer forgery
On 5th November 2021, the Judiciary Police received a report from a mainland woman, stating that she had been defrauded of more than RMB8,000,000 by a local woman under the pretext of ordering branded watches for her.
Case details revealed that the involved woman had sold a branded watch worth more than HKD200,000 to the mainland female victim in 2021, subsequent to which she even claimed to know the owner of a watch shop in Macao and could assist her in ordering branded watches at preferential rates. Without doubt, the victim successively ordered 40 branded watches from the involved woman and paid in full. However, only 21 watches could be received eventually. The involved woman established a chat group with the female victim and the owner of the watch shop to explain the reason of the shortage of stock. After that, the victim found that the involved woman was out of contact and thus she came to Macao to understand the situation at the abovementioned watch shop on 4th November 2021, only to find that the owner in the chat group was a fake. Suspected that she had been defrauded, she reported to the police for help.
After in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police found the involved woman on 15th June 2022, who admitted to have taken the deposit of the female victim but failed to provide her the stock on time and even impersonated the owner of the watch shop in the chat group. The Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and computer forgery.
Detida uma mulher de Macau por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado e falsificação informática
Em 5 de Novembro de 2021, recebemos a denúncia de uma mulher da China continental dizendo que for burlada em mais de 8 milhões de RMB por uma mulher de Macau na compra de um relógios de marca.
Segundo as informações obtidas na investigação, em 2021, a suspeita vendeu um relógio avaliado em mais de 200.000 HKD à vítima, uma mulher do continente, posteriormente, disse ainda que conhecia o dono de uma relojoaria de Macau e podia ajudá-la a comprar relógios de marca a um preço favorável. A vítima acreditou e encomendou sucessivamente 40 relógios de marca junto da suspeita e pagou por completo, mas acabou por receber apenas 21. A suspeita criou um grupo de conversa composto por ela própria, a vítima e o dono da relojoaria para explicar os motivos da falta da mercadoria. Mais tarde, a vítima descobriu que a suspeita tinha desaparecido, portanto, veio a Macau, no dia 4 de Novembro de 2021, para tentar perceber o que se passava junto da relojoaria, foi nesta altura que se apercebeu que o dono da loja que aparecia no grupo de conversa era falso, percebeu assim que tinha sido burlada e fez queixa na polícia.
No dia 15 de Junho de 2022, a suspeita foi detida, confessou ter recebido o dinheiro da vítima para comprar os relógios mas não os entregou todos, bem como disse que se fez passar pelo dono da relojoaria no grupo de conversa. A detida foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado) e falsificação informática.
