香港男子涉巨額詐騙被拘
2022年3月21日,一名本澳男子在網絡社交平台發現有人低價出售知名潮牌玩偶,遂以2.3萬澳門元購入兩個玩偶,並相約賣家在新口岸區交收,其後仔細檢查所收到的貨品時發現與真品有差異,經向相關專賣店驗貨後證實為贗品,隨即要求賣家退款但對方失聯,因而向本局求助。
本局調查後確定一名香港男子涉案,於3月24日在新口岸區其租住的酒店房間將其截獲,並搜獲八個贗品玩偶及包裝紙盒;其承認透過同伙將假貨從內地郵寄來澳,再冒充正貨出售圖利,至被捕時已出售六個贗品,涉款共6.4萬澳門元,部份贓款已用於日常花費。本局以詐騙(巨額)罪將之移送檢察院偵辦,並追緝其他涉案人及聯絡同案其他事主。
Hong Kong man nabbed for involvement in massive fraud
On 21st March 2022, a Macao man found that someone had been selling famous trendy dolls at a low price on social networking platform. Thus, he purchased two dolls at MOP23,000 and scheduled to meet the seller at ZAPE district to collect the dolls. Subsequently, after meticulous inspection on the received goods, he realised that there were differences from the genuine ones. Upon examination by the relevant specialty store, it was confirmed that the dolls were counterfeits. Thus, he immediately requested the seller to refund but the seller was out of reach. For this reason, he requested the Judiciary Police for assistance.
Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police confirmed that a Hong Kong man had been involved in the case. On March 24th, the Judiciary Police intercepted him at his rented hotel room in the ZAPE district, while seizing 8 counterfeit dolls and paper wrapping boxes. The involved man admitted that he had the counterfeit dolls sent by post from the mainland via his accomplice. Afterwards, the counterfeit dolls were posed as genuine dolls for sale for profit. Six counterfeit dolls had already been sold by the time he was arrested, involving a sum of MOP64,000 in total. Part of the ill-gotten gains had been spent on daily expenses. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (massive amount), while pursuing other involved individuals as well as contacting other victims of the same case.

Em 21 de Março de 2022, um homem de Macau viu numa plataforma social que alguém estava a vender a baixo preço bonecos de marca famosa, comprou então dois por 23.000 patacas e o vendedor combinou a entrega no ZAPE. Mais tarde, o homem inspeccionou os objectos recebidos e verificou que esses eram diferentes dos autênticos. Após o exame de uma loja especializada, confirmou-se que os bonecos eram falsos. Em vista disso, o homem queria exigir ao vendedor o reembolso mas não conseguiu entrar em contacto, assim fez queixa na PJ.
A nossa investigação conseguiu identificar como suspeito um homem de Hong Kong, o qual foi detido, em 24 de Março, no quarto dum hotel do ZAPE, onde foram encontrados oito figuras falsificadas e embalagens. O detido admitiu ter pedido ao seu cúmplice para enviar os produtos falsos da China continental para Macau, depois vendê-os por verdadeiros e lucrou com isso. Até ao momento da detenção, tinham sido vendidos seis bonecos falsos, num valor de 64.000 patacas, parte desse dinheiro foi gasto nas despesas diárias. O indivíduo foi presente ao MP por burla de valor elevado, enquanto a PJ continua à procura de outros suspeitos e informou os outros clientes do sucedido.
