四名本澳男子分涉販吸毒被捕
本局早前接獲情報,指有人在北區透過駕駛的士來販賣“冰”毒,經深入調查後鎖定一名涉案本澳的士司機,並採取相應部署。
2022年2月9日,本局人員在黑沙環區截獲涉案男的士司機,並在的士內搜獲1.14克“冰”毒及5,000澳門元懷疑毒資;其承認吸食“冰”毒後繼續駕駛的士,有關毒品是以2,500澳門元向一名本澳男子購入,之後轉售予一名男友人並一同吸食。
本局人員根據調查所得線索,於台山區分別截獲上述兩名販毒和吸毒的男子,並在兩人住所及身上搜獲1.16克“冰”毒、吸食工具及5,500澳門元懷疑毒資,再於高士德區截獲案中在上線供應毒品的本澳菲裔男子,在其身上及住所合共搜獲29.4克“冰”毒、吸食及分拆毒品工具。
是次行動中本局合共搜獲31.7克“冰”毒,約值11萬澳門元;四名涉案男子的尿液檢測均對毒品呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、較輕的生產和販賣罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪、醉酒駕駛或受麻醉品或精神科物質影響下駕駛罪將四名涉案男子移交檢察院處理,並追查毒品來源。
Four Macao men nabbed for involvement in drug trafficking and consumption respectively
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier, indicating that someone had been trafficking the drug “ice” in the northern district via taxi driving. After in-depth investigation, an involved Macao taxi driver was identified and relevant deployment was mounted.
On 9th February 2022, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved male taxi driver in the Areia Preta district, seizing 1.14 grams of “ice” and suspected drug proceeds of MOP5,000 inside the taxi. The involved man confessed that he had continued driving the taxi after taking the drug “ice”. The relevant drugs were bought from a Macao man at the cost of MOP2,500. The drugs were resold to a male friend afterwards and the duo took the drugs together.
Based on the leads from investigative findings, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the two aforesaid men who had trafficked and taken drugs in the Toi San district respectively. In addition, 1.16 grams of the drug “ice”, drug consumption tools and suspected drug proceeds of MOP5,500 were seized at the residence of the duo and from the two of them. Furthermore, the upper tier drug supplier of the case, a Macao man of Filipino descent, was intercepted at the Horta e Costa district. A total of 29.4 grams of the drug “ice’, drug consumption and distribution tools were seized from him and at his residence.
In this operation, the Judiciary Police seized a total of 31.7 grams of the drug “ice” which were valued at approximately MOP110,000. The four involved men all tested positive for drugs in their urine tests. The Judiciary Police transferred the four involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, minor production and trafficking, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment, drink-driving or driving under the influence of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances respectively, while pursuing the origin of the drugs.

A PJ teve informações sobre um taxi que estaria a ser usado por alguns indivíduos para a venda de “ice” na zona norte de Macau. Após averiguações, foi identificado um condutor de táxi, residente de Macau e definido o plano de acção.
No dia 9 de Fevereiro de 2022, os nossos agentes detiveram o condutor de táxi suspeito na zona da Areia Preta e encontraram dentro do táxi 1,14 gramas de “ice” e 5.000 patacas supostamente vindas do crime. O suspeito confessou que continuava a conduzir mesmo depois de consumir “ice”. Disse ainda que a substância foi adquirida a um residente por 2.500 patacas e revendida a um amigo, e que consumiram juntos.
Através dos resultados da investigação, a PJ conseguiu deter, na zona de Tamagnini Barbosa, os outros dois suspeitos, respectivamente por tráfico e consumo de droga. Foram ainda encontrados na posse e dentro das suas residências, 1,16 gramas de “ice”, utensílios para o consumo de droga e 5.500 patacas suspeitas de serem provenientes do crime. Além disso, foi também detido um filipino na zona de Horta e Costa, suspeito de ser o fornecedor precedente do estupefaciente e foram encontrados na sua posse e na residência, um total de 29,4 gramas de “ice”, utensílios para o consumo e para a divisão das doses.
Na operação, a PJ apreendeu um total de 31,7 gramas de “ice”, com um valor estimado de 110.000 patacas. Os quatro suspeitos acusaram positivo ao exame toxicológico das urinas e foram presentes ao MP pelos crimes de tráfico de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, produção e tráfico de menor gravidade, consumo ilícito, detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento e condução em estado de embriaguez ou sob influência de estupefacientes ou substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga.
