本局與澳門海關合破販毒案 一本澳男子就逮
為預防犯罪份子於年末節假日前夕將毒品偷運到本澳販賣,本局與澳門海關加強合作打擊郵包販毒犯罪。海關於2021年12月31日抽查行動期間,發現一個內藏懷疑受管制物質的郵包,隨即通報本局跟進,本局人員遂立即展開調查並掌握郵包收件人的身份資料。
2022年1月1日下午,本局人員於涉案本澳男子前往提取郵包時將其截獲,其表示郵包屬其所有,經調查,涉案郵包內藏有可卡因17.64克,約值58,000澳門元。涉案男子承認受到販毒集團以手機應用程式招攬在本澳販賣毒品,除月薪3,000澳門元外,可再按成功交易之毒品數量收取額外報酬。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並續追查涉案販毒集團及毒品來源。
Local man arrested in the joint crackdown of a drug trafficking case by the Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service
To prevent criminals from smuggling and trafficking drugs in Macao on the eve of year-end holidays, the Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service reinforced cooperation in combating drug trafficking by parcel post. Upon the discovery of a parcel containing suspected controlled substances during a spot check operation on 31st December 2021, the Customs promptly notified the Judiciary Police for follow-up action. Investigation was then immediately launched and the parcel recipient identified.
On the afternoon of 1st January 2022, the involved man was intercepted by the Judiciary Police on his way to collecting the parcel, which was allegedly his. Investigation revealed that the parcel contained 17.64 grams of cocaine, valued at around MOP 58,000. The involved man admitted to have been recruited with a mobile phone app by a drug trafficking syndicate to traffic drugs in Macao, receiving a monthly salary of MOP 3,000 with extra rewards based on the quantities of drugs successfully transacted.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, while continuing to trace the involved drug trafficking syndicate and the origin of the drug.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga com a cooperação dos SA de Macau e detido um homem de Macau
Para prevenir a entrada de droga em Macau na altura dos festejos do ano novo, a PJ e os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau intensificaram a cooperação no combate ao tráfico de droga por encomenda. No dia 31 de Dezembro de 2021, os SA efectuaram vários controles aleatórios às encomendas, numa descobriram que continha substâncias sujeitas ao controlo, assim, comunicaram o caso à PJ. O nosso pessoal iniciou a investigação de imediato e identificou o destinatário do produto.
Na tarde de 1 de Janeiro de 2022, o suspeito, de Macau, foi detido ao levantar o pacote. Este disse que esta encomenda era dele. Na investigação, verificou-se que o embrulho continha 17,64 gramas de cocaína, num valor de cerca de 58.000 patacas. O suspeito admitiu ter sido contratado por uma rede de tráfico de droga por meio de uma aplicação de telemóvel para vender droga em Macau e disse que além de um salário mensal de 3.000 patacas, poderia receber uma remuneração adicional de acordo com a quantidade de droga que conseguia vender.
O detido foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes. A PJ continua a investigar aquela organização e a origem da droga.
