兩名內地男女涉相當巨額詐騙被拘
2021年12月24日,一名內地女子藉詞在路氹城區某娛樂場貴賓會開立帳戶及賺取碼佣禮品,向本澳男事主借取1,430萬港元籌碼,並承諾事成後隨即歸還全部款項,但最終只返還1,000萬港元籌碼,事主懷疑受騙而向本局求助。
本局深入調查發現,涉案女子接到1,430萬港元籌碼後,暗中將430萬港元籌碼交給同時身在貴賓會的一名涉案男子,並指使其在另一間娛樂場交回籌碼;12月26日,上述兩名涉案男女分別在某娛樂場及關閘口岸被截獲,本局根據調查所得,以詐騙(相當巨額)罪將之移送檢察院偵辦,並追查贓款去向。
Two mainland individuals nabbed for involvement in fraud of considerably huge amount
On 24th December 2021, on the pretext of opening an account as well as earning rebates from non-negotiable chips and redeeming gifts at a casino VIP Club in the Cotai district, a mainland woman borrowed HKD14.3 million in chips from a Macao man, and promised to return him the full amount immediately when things were done. Yet, in the end, only HKD10 million in chips were returned. Suspected that he had been defrauded, the victim reported to the police for assistance.
After in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police discovered that after the involved woman received the HKD14.3 million in chips, she secretly gave HKD4.3 million in chips to an involved man who was present at the VIP Club at the same time, and instructed him to return the chips at another casino. On December 26th, the two aforesaid involved individuals (man and woman) were intercepted at a casino and at the Border Gate Checkpoint respectively. Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount), while pursuing the whereabouts of the stolen money.

No dia 24 de Dezembro, uma mulher do continente com o pretexto de abrir uma conta num clube VIP dum casino da zona do Cotai e de ganhar comissões e ofertas resultantes da conversão de fichas, pediu um empréstimo a um residente, no valor de 14,3 milhões de HKD em fichas, prometendo-lhe devolver todo o dinheiro devido se conseguisse o que pretendia. Mas a mulher apenas devolveu 10 milhões de HKD em fichas ao homem, este desconfiou tratar-se de uma burla e fez queixa na PJ.
Depois de uma investigação profunda, apurou-se que a mulher depois de ter recebido 14,3 milhões de HKD de fichas, entregou às escondidas 4,3 milhões de HKD a um homem, outro suspeito deste caso, que se encontrava no clube VIP e mandou-o deslocar-se a um outro casino para devolver as fichas. No dia 26 de Dezembro, os dois suspeitos foram detidos, respectivamente, num casino e no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. De acordo com os resultados da investigação, os dois foram presentes ao MP acusados de burla (de elevado valor). A PJ vai continuar a investigar o paradeiro do dinheiro.
