兩名本澳男子涉相當巨額信任之濫用被拘
2021年11月15日,本局接獲一名本澳男子報稱被另一名本澳男子以借用其名貴手錶,之後竟將之據為己有,損失逾30萬港元。
案情顯示,事主於2020年11月透過上述涉案男子以22萬港元向他人抵押一枚價值逾30萬港元的名錶,並於2021年2月將23萬港元交予涉案男子代為贖回,涉案男子要求事主借出手錶讓其在農曆新年期間佩戴,但之後卻以各種理由拖延交還,事主懷疑其侵吞手錶而報警求助。
本局調查後於12月14日在港珠澳大橋澳門口岸將涉案男子截獲,其承認伙同另外一名本澳男子將手錶典當得23萬港元,其獲取3.5萬港元,餘款則交給對方;本局根據線索於同日傳召該名收取餘款的涉案本澳男子接受調查,其承認將贓款用作還債及日常開銷。本局以信任之濫用(相當巨額)罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Two local men apprehended for abuse of trust (considerably huge amount)
On 15th November 2021, the Judiciary Police received a report from a local man, alleging that another local man had borrowed his luxury watch but pocketed it thereafter, resulting in a loss of more than HKD300,000.
Case details revealed that the victim pledged a luxury watch worth over HKD300,000 to another person through the aforesaid involved man for HKD220,000 in November 2020, and later handed HKD230,000 to the involved man to redeem the watch on his behalf in February 2021. The involved man requested the victim to loan him the watch to wear during the Chinese New Year, but delayed returning it with various excuses thereupon. The victim suspected that the involved man had misappropriated his watch and reported to the police for assistance.
Subsequent to investigation, the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved man at the Macao checkpoint of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge on December 14th, who admitted to colluding with another local man to pawn the watch for HKD230,000, of which he obtained HKD35,000 and the remaining amount was handed over to the other local man. Following leads, the Judiciary Police summoned the involved local man who had received the remaining amount for investigation on the same day. He admitted to using the proceeds of crime for debt repayment and daily expenses. The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of abuse of trust (considerably huge amount).
Detidos dois homens de Macau por abuso de confiança em valor consideravelmente elevado
No dia 15 de Novembro de 2021, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem de Macau, dizendo que um outro homem de Macau lhe tinha pedido emprestado um relógio de luxo, do qual se apoderou, o denunciante sofreu um prejuízo de mais de 300.000 HKD.
Em Novembro de 2020, o denunciante, através daquele homem, penhorou um relógio de luxo no valor de mais de 300.000 HKD a um terceiro por 220.000 HKD. Em Fevereiro de 2021, a vítima deu ao suspeito 230.000 HKD para recuperar o relógio, e o suspeito pediu-lhe para que lhe emprestasse o relógio para usá-lo durante o ano novo lunar, mas este adiou a devolução com vários pretextos, assim, a vítima suspeitou que se tivesse apoderado do relógio e fez queixa na PJ.
O suspeito foi detido no Posto Fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau no dia 14 de Dezembro. Este admitiu ter penhorado o relógio por 230.000 HKD em conluio com um outro homem local, e disse que obteve 35.000 HKD e o outro ficou com o restante dinheiro. De acordo com a investigação, naquele dia, a PJ convocou o indivíduo que recebeu o restante dinheiro, este admitiu ter usado o dinheiro obtido para a devolução de dívidas e as despesas quotidianas. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por abuso de confiança (valor consideravelmente elevado).
