兩名本澳男子涉相當巨額詐騙及偽造文件被拘
本局於2021年7月接到一名內地男子報案,稱一名本澳男子藉詞有能力協助事主及其親友從內地來澳門某工程公司工作,收取事主等160人的證件及合共40萬元人民幣辦證費,但一直未能成事;涉案男子其後返還部份款項及證件,但仍有折合約173,600萬澳門元及20張證件沒有返還,事主懷疑受騙而報案求助。
本局經深入調查及傳召涉案男子訊問,其供稱受另一名涉案本澳男子指使犯案。本局查悉後者還假借承接路氹城區某娛樂場泥水工程及九澳某大型工程兼取得飯堂經營權為名,分別騙取兩名內地及本澳居民14萬澳門元辦證費及20萬澳門元保證金,其所出示的蓋章合同為偽造。
本局根據調查所得,於12月9日將兩名涉案男子帶返調查,以詐騙(相當巨額)罪及偽造文件罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Two local men arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount and forgery of documents
The Judiciary Police received a report from a mainland man in July 2021, indicating that a local man collected the identity documents of 160 individuals including the victim and a total of RMB400,000 for the document processing fee, under the pretext of being able to assist the victim, his relatives and friends from the mainland to work in an engineering company in Macao, yet he had been unable to do so. The involved man returned some of the money and identity documents afterwards, but there were still an amount equivalent to approximately MOP173,600 and 20 identity documents that had not been returned. The victim suspected that he had been defrauded and reported to the police for assistance.
Subsequent to in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police summoned the involved man for interrogation, who confessed to having been instructed by another involved local man to commit the crime. The Judiciary Police found that the latter had also defrauded two residents from the mainland and Macao of MOP140,000 for the document processing fee and MOP200,000 for the security deposit respectively, on the pretext of undertaking a plastering project of a casino in the Cotai district and a large-scale project in Ká Hó, as well as securing the operating right of its canteen. The stamped contract presented by him was forged.
Based on the outcomes of investigation, the Judiciary Police took the two involved men in for investigation on December 9th, and transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and forgery of documents.
Detidos dois residentes por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado e falsificação de documentos
Em Julho de 2021, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de um homem da China continental, na qual dizia que que um residente de Macau disse-lhe que podia arranjar trabalho, numa empresa de obra de Macau, para o denunciante e os seus familiares da RPC, por isso, cerca de 160 pessoas, incluindo o denunciante, entregaram os documentos de identidade e pagaram no total 400.000 RMB como taxa para as formalidades do requerimento de documentos. No entanto a promessa não chegou a concretizar-se, o suspeito devolveu uma parte do dinheiro e alguns documentos, mas faltavam ainda cerca de 173.600 patacas e 20 documentos. A vítima suspeitou tratar-se de burla e denunciou o caso à PJ.
Na investigação foi identificado o suspeito que foi convocado na PJ para ser interrogado, este declarou ter actuado seguindo as indicações de um outro residente. A PJ apurou que este último, com o pretextos de ter uma empreitada numa obra de construção num casino do COTAI, bem como outra obra de grande escala em Ká Hó e ter obtido a concessão de exploração da cantina, tinha burlado dois indivíduos da China continental e um residente local, 140.000 patacas para requerimento de documentos e 200.000 patacas de garantias, respectivamente, os contractos carimbados mostrados por este eram falsos.
Em 9 de Dezembro, os dois foram convocados na PJ para investigação e depois presentes ao Ministério Público acusados de burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado) e falsificação de documentos.
