越南籍男子涉非法行醫被拘
本局早前按檢察院要求調查一宗職務之僭越案件,案情顯示衛生局接獲市民檢舉,指一名越南籍男子在高士德一帶非法行醫。
調查發現,涉案越南籍男子在社交媒體上多次發佈在同一住宅單位內作出醫療行為的相片,本局查悉其身份及行醫地點,並在承辦本案的司法官批准及帶領下於2021年11月30日前往涉案單位,搜出大量藥物、輸液及醫療用品,隨後把涉案男子帶返本局調查。
涉案男子承認曾於越南修讀醫學專業,為了賺取更多金錢,自2021年3月開始在本澳非法為同鄉診病。本局以職務之僭越罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Vietnamese man arrested for illegal practice of medicine
The Judiciary Police was requested by the Public Prosecutions Office earlier to conduct investigation into a case of usurpation of duty. The facts of the case showed that the Health Bureau had received complaints from the public that a Vietnamese man had been practicing medicine illegally in the neighbourhood of Horta e Costa.
Investigation revealed that the involved Vietnamese man had repeatedly published photos of performing acts of medical treatment in a residential apartment on social media. Upon identifying the man and locating the site of medical practice, the Judiciary Police, approved and led by the magistrate-in-charge of this case, seized numerous medicines, infusion fluids and medical supplies in the involved apartment on 30th November 2021. The involved man was subsequently taken in for investigation.
The involved man, having studied medicine in Vietnam, admitted to have illegally diagnosed diseases for his fellow countrymen in Macao since March 2021 to earn more money. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of usurpation of duty.

A PJ, conforme solicitado pelo MP, investigou um caso de peculato. Segundo as informações obtidas na investigação, os Serviços de Saúde receberam denúncias indicando que um homem de nacionalidade vietnamita estaria a prestar serviços médicos na zona da Avenida Horta e Costa.
Apurou-se que o suspeito divulgou, em várias ocasiões, nas redes sociais, fotos sobre a realização de actos médicos num apartamento habitacional, o nosso pessoal conseguiu identificar o suspeito e localizar o local onde prestava esses serviços e, no dia 30 de Novembro de 2021, autorizado e chefiado pelo magistrado titular do caso, deslocou-se ao apartamento, onde foi encontrada uma grande quantidade de medicamentos, líquido de infusão e produtos médicos. Em seguida, o suspeito foi levado para as instalações da PJ para investigação.
O suspeito confessou que estudou medicina no Vietname e que desde Março de 2021, para ganhar mais dinheiro, começou a dar consultas ilegalmente aos seus conterrâneos em Macau. O suspeito foi presente ao MP por crime de peculato.
