粵澳警方聯手偵破網絡詐騙案 本澳男子於內地落網
本局於2021年1月至9月期間接獲七宗網絡詐騙案,七名事主報稱合共損失約36萬澳門元。
本局查知一名本澳男子於2020年底開始在內地透過網絡社交平台發佈出售二手車、名貴手錶、酒店酒席及代辦兩地車牌的廣告進行詐騙,再利用本澳銀行戶口收取及轉走款項。涉案男子還因涉及一宗性脅迫案件被本澳司法當局發出拘捕命令。
本局隨即透過粵澳警務合作機制請求內地警方協助,內地警方於10月上旬在廣東省截獲涉案男子,並於10月11日移交本局處理。是次行動彰顯粵澳兩地警方打擊跨境網絡犯罪的決心和能力。
Guangdong and Macao Police jointly cracked down cyber fraud case, with local man apprehended in the mainland
The Judiciary Police received reports of seven cyber fraud cases between January and September 2021, in which seven victims claimed to have lost a total amount of approximately MOP360,000.
Investigation revealed that a local man started to post advertisements of selling second-hand vehicles, luxury watches, hotel banquets and services of handling Guangdong/Macao cross-boundary vehicle licence via online social platform in the mainland in the end of 2020 to conduct fraud, subsequent to which he used the bank account in Macao to receive and transfer the money away. The involved man was also issued an arrest order by the judicial authorities in Macao for involving in a sexual coercion case.
The Judiciary Police immediately requested assistance from the mainland police via the Guangdong-Macao policing co-operation mechanism, with the mainland police intercepting the involved man in the Guangdong province in early October and transferring him to the Judiciary Police on October 11th. The operation demonstrated the determination and capability of the police forces in Guangdong and Macao to combat cross-border cyber crimes.

A PJ recebeu, entre Janeiro e Setembro de 2021, 7 casos de burla online, nos quais os lesados declararam um prejuízo total de cerca de 360.000 patacas.
Na investigação, verificou-se que, a partir de finais de 2020, um homem de Macau, que estava no continente, fazia publicidade numa rede social sobre a venda de carros usados, relógios de luxo, banquetes nos hotéis e prestação de serviço de matrícula de veículo na China continental, deste modo enganava as pessoas, depois aproveitava a conta do banco em Macau para receber o dinheiro e transferi-lo para fora. Apurou-se ainda que pendia sobre esse homem um mandado de detenção emitido por autoridade judiciária de Macau, por estar envolvido num caso de coação sexual.
A PJ, mediante o mecanismo de cooperação policial entre Guangdong e Macau, solicitou a colaboração da polícia do continente, a qual conseguiu, nos inícios de Outubro, deter o homem na mesma província e entregou-o à PJ no dia 11. Esta operação demonstra a determinação e a capacidade das autoridades das duas jurisdições em relação ao combate às burlas transfronteiriças online.
