本澳男子涉嚴重傷人被捕
2021年10月5日,本局接獲一宗由治安警察局移交的傷害身體完整性案件,隨即跟進處理。
經深入調查,本局查悉涉案男子與男事主為朋友關係,兩人均有多年拳擊經驗。於10月4日下午,兩人相約在氹仔某拳館進行友誼比賽,場內有安排合資格的教練作拳證;比賽前,雙方協議只配戴牙套、拳套及腳套,但沒有配戴頭套。比賽期間,涉案男子揮拳擊中男事主的左臉頰致其跌坐地上,拳證馬上終止比賽,其後,事主在擂台下休息期間突然暈倒,在場人士隨即報警並將事主送院搶救。
經仁伯爵綜合醫院醫生診斷,發現事主右腦有血腫及嚴重腦出血,在接受腦部手術後轉往深切治療部,至今仍處昏迷狀態及有生命危險。涉案男子經訊問後承認雙方在未有足夠個人防護裝備下作賽,最終引致事主受重傷。
本局根據調查所得,以嚴重傷害身體完整性罪將涉案男子移交檢察院處理。
Local man arrested for aggravated assault
Upon receiving a case of impairment to bodily integrity from the Public Security Police Force on 5th October 2021, the Judiciary Police promptly launched follow-up action.
In-depth investigation revealed that the involved man and the male victim were friends, both of whom had years of experience in boxing. They met at a boxing gym in Taipa, stationed with a qualified coach as the referee, for a friendly game on the afternoon of October 4th. Prior to the game, they agreed to wear only mouthguards, boxing gloves and foot protectors, but not headgear. When the involved man punched the male victim’s left cheek, knocking him to the ground during the game, the referee immediately called it off. Afterwards, the victim abruptly fell unconscious during his break outside the boxing ring. People at the scene reported to the police rapidly and sent him to the hospital for rescue.
Diagnosis by doctors at Conde S. Januário Hospital revealed that the victim had haematoma in his right brain and severe cerebral haemorrhage, He was transferred to the intensive care unit after undergoing a brain surgery. He remained in a state of coma and in critical condition. During interrogation, the involved man admitted that the duo had performed the match without sufficient protective equipment, ultimately leading to the victim’s grave injury.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of severe impairment to bodily integrity.

Em 5 de Outubro de 2021, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de ofensas à integridade física, iniciou assim a averiguação.
Na investigação apurou-se que os dois homens eram amigos e tinham uma longa experiência de boxe. Na tarde de 4 de Outubro, encontraram-se num ginásio de boxe, na Taipa, onde realizava-se uma competição amigável com um treinador qualificado como árbitro. Antes do combate, os dois concordaram no uso de protecção para os dentes, luvas e protecção nos pés, mas não do capacete. No combate, um deles deu um soco na bochecha esquerda do adversário, o qual caiu e ficou sentado no chão, e logo o árbitro terminou a prova. Quando o homem que tinha recebido o golpe estava a descansar, desmaiou repentinamente, os presentes ligaram à polícia e transportaram-no para o hospital.
Conforme a diagnose do médico do Centro Hospitalar Conde de São Januário, foram encontrados hematomas e uma hemorragia grave no lado direito do cérebro do ferido, o qual teve uma operação e foi transferido para a unidade de cuidado intensivo, até ao momnento, ainda está em coma e em perigo de vida. O agressor, após ser interrogado, admitiu que os dois combateram sem protecção suficientes, o que levou à lesão grave da vítima.
De acordo com as informações obtidas na investigação, o homem foi presente ao MP por ofensas graves à integridade física.
