連破多宗入屋盜竊案 共拘六人
本局接連偵破八宗入屋盜竊案,共拘獲六名內地男子。
2021年6月12日,氹仔七潭公路某大廈單位被人入屋盜竊,戶主於前一日下午離家,至同日深夜回家時發現木門被反鎖,其後入內發現房間的抽屜被撬開,經點算後報稱損失約值40.8萬澳門元財物。經本局調查後鎖定三名男子沿大廈外的棚架攀爬入屋作案,得手後乘的士到路環石面盆古道一帶偷渡離澳。於7月11日,澳門海關截獲多名非法入境男子,經本局核實後確定其中三人為本案嫌疑人,遂交本局處理。調查期間亦查悉其中兩人涉及另外兩宗入屋盜竊案,該兩案的涉案金額合共3.9萬澳門元。
2018年12月25日,中區某大廈單位發生入屋盜竊案,戶主於12月23日離家,至12月25日返家時發現木門反鎖,其後入內發現房間曾被搜掠,經點算後報稱損失約值9千澳門元財物。經本局調查後鎖定兩名男子涉案,二人經大廈旁之山坡攀爬至單位露台入內盜竊,得手後於同日經口岸離境。於2021年7月11日,本局發現澳門海關截獲的非法入境男子中,其中一人為本案的嫌疑人,及後交本局處理。調查期間再發現涉疑人曾企圖進入上述大廈另一單位盜竊但不果,戶主報稱沒有損失。
2021年7月10日及11日,本局接獲三宗入屋盜竊案,其中兩宗發生於氹仔東北馬路同一大廈內,涉及單位的戶主均報稱返回住所時發現抽屜被撬,合共損失46.2萬澳門元;另一宗發生於氹仔孫逸仙博士大馬路某大廈單位,戶主報稱當時在屋內聽到聲響,經查看發現浴室窗花鎖被撬毀,窗戶被打開,點算後沒有財物被盜。經本局調查後鎖定兩名男子涉案,於7月12日,治安警察局於路氹城區某酒店房間將兩人截獲並交本局處理,本局在上述房間搜獲兩人犯案時的衣服、手套及電筒等作案工具。
本局分別以加重盜竊、非法入境及非法逗留者實施的犯罪等罪名將上述六名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦,並深入調查各人是否涉及其他案件,以及是否有更多涉案人。
Six persons arrested in successive crackdown of home burglaries
The Judiciary Police busted eight home burglaries in succession, arresting six mainland Chinese men.
An apartment in a building on Estrada de Sete Tanques, Taipa was broken into on 12th June 2021. The head of household had left home on the afternoon the day before. When he returned late at night on the day of the incident, he found that the wooden door had been locked from inside. When he subsequently entered the apartment, the drawers in the room were found to have been pried open. He reported a loss of belongings valued at around MOP 408,000. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police identified three men, who had climbed into the apartment along the scaffolding outside the building. After the successful burglary, they took a taxi to the neighbourhood of Coloane Seac Min Pun Ancient Path, where they left Macao illegally. The Macao Customs Service intercepted several illegally entering men on July 11th, three of whom were identified by and thus handed to the Judiciary Police as the suspects of this case. During investigation, two of them were found to be involved in two other burglary cases, which collectively involved MOP 39,000.
A burglary case took place in an apartment of a building in central district on 25th December 2018. The head of household left home on December 23rd and returned on December 25th, only to find that the wooden door had been locked from inside. His room was found ransacked, incurring a loss of belongings worth around MOP 9,000. The Judiciary Police identified two involved men upon investigation. They had broken into the apartment by climbing into the balcony via the slope next to the building, fleeing Macao via the border on the same day. One of the suspects of this case was unraveled among the illegally entering men intercepted by the Macao Customs Service on 11th July 2021, thus transferred to the Judiciary Police. During investigation, it was further discovered that the suspect had attempted fruitlessly to break into another apartment of the same building. The resident did not report any loss.
The Judiciary Police received three home burglary complaints on 10th and 11th July 2021. Two of the cases took place in the same building on Estrada Nordeste da Taipa. Both heads of household had allegedly found their drawers pried open upon their return to the residence, suffering a loss of MOP 462,000 in total. The other case occurred in an apartment of a building on Avenida Dr. Sun Yat Sen, Taipa. The head of household allegedly heard some noise in his residence, before spotting the pried open window grills and opened window in his bathroom. None of his property had been stolen. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police identified two involved men, who were intercepted in a hotel room in Cotai and handed to the Judiciary Police by the Public Security Police Force on 12th July 2021. The duo’s clothes worn during the burglaries and crime tools including gloves, torch, etc. were seized in the said hotel room.
The Judiciary Police transferred the six aforementioned involved mainland Chinese men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of aggravated theft, illegal entry and perpetration during illegal stay, while further investigating whether they were connected to other cases and whether other suspects were involved.
Resolvidos vários furtos em residência e detidos seis indivíduos
A PJ resolveu oito furtos em residência e deteve seis homens da RPC.
No dia 12 de Junho de 2021, ocorreu um furto num apartamento situado na Estrada de Sete Tanques, Taipa. O proprietário saiu de casa, na tarde do dia anterior ao sucedido e quando voltou nessa noite, verificou que a porta de madeira estava destrancada e as gavetas dos quartos tinham sido arrombadas, causando-lhe um prejuízo de 408.000 patacas e bens. Após investigação, foram identificados três homens que entraram na fracção por escalamento de andaimes e após a prática, foram de táxi para as proximidades do Caminho Antigo de Seac Min Pun de Coloane de onde saíram clandestinamente de Macau. A 11 de Julho, os Serviços de Alfândega interceptaram alguns imigrantes ilegais, três dos quais eram os suspeitos identificados pela PJ no caso em investigação, foram assim entregues à Polícia Judiciária. Apurou-se que dois deles estavam relacionados com outros dois casos do género, envolvendo um total de 39.000 patacas.
Em 25 de Dezembro de 2018, ocorreu um furto em residência num apartamento do Centro da cidade, o proprietário saiu de casa a 23 de Dezembro, quando voltou no dia 25, a porta de madeira estava destrancada e o quarto tinha sido remexido, causando-lhe um prejuízo de cerca de 9.000 patacas e bens. Foram identificados dois homens que entraram pela colina junto do prédio para a varanda e saíram nesse dia de Macau, após o furto, pelo posto fronteiriço. No dia 11 de Julho de 2021, foi descoberto que dos imigrantes ilegais interceptados pelos S.A., um deles era suspeito do caso e foi entregue à PJ. Durante a investigação, descobriu-se que o suspeito tentou entrar noutro apartamento do mesmo prédio, mas em vão e o proprietário declarou não ter sofrido qualquer prejuízo.
Nos dias 10 e 11 de Julho de 2021, recebemos três queixas de furto em residência, dois dos quais tinham ocorrido no mesmo prédio na Estrada Nordeste da Taipa, os proprietários disseram que quando voltaram para casa, as gavetas tinham sido arrombadas, sofrendo um prejuízo total de 462.000 patacas. Um outro caso ocorreu num apartamento na Sun Yat-Sen, na Taipa. O proprietário disse que, na altura, ouviu um barulho em casa e verificou que as grades da janela da casa de banho tinham sido arrombadas, assim como a janela tinha sido aberta, mas nada foi furtado. Foram identificados dois homens que foram detido, no dia 12 de Julho, num quarto de hotel do Cotai pelo CPSP e entregues à PJ. Encontrámos naquele quarto de hotel algumas roupas, luvas e lanternas eléctricas entre outros utensílios usados nos furtos.
Os seis detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados de furto qualificado e entrada ilegal e crime cometido em situação de imigração ilegal. A PJ continua a investigar se os detidos estarão relacionados com outros casos e se haverá mais eventuais envolvidos.
