偵破毒品案 拘兩男女
2020年6月18日，本局人員執行初級法院發出的拘留命令狀，前往工匠巷某單位拘留兩名本澳男女，同時在現場搜獲沾有小量“冰”毒的吸毒工具。
涉案男子承認有吸毒習慣，於早前透過交友軟件以1,500澳門元向一名毒品賣家購買“冰”毒自用；涉案女子聲稱為涉案男子的妻子，已懷孕數月，並否認吸毒。本局對兩人的尿液樣本進行毒品檢測，結果均呈陽性反應，故以不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將兩人移送檢察院處理。
Drug case cracked with two persons under arrest
On 18th June 2020, the Judiciary Police personnel, in execution of a warrant of detention issued by the Court of First Instance, proceeded to a residential unit at Travessa dos Colonos to arrest two local individuals, coupled with an on-the-spot seizure of drug paraphernalia stained with a small amount of the drug “ice” at the same time.
The involved man admitted to drug abuse and had earlier purchased the drug “ice” from a drug trafficker for self-consumption at a price of MOP1,500 through a social networking application. The involved woman, who claimed to be the wife of the involved man, had been pregnant for months and denied taking drugs. The urine samples of the duo yielded positive results in the drug tests conducted by the Judiciary Police. As such, the two individuals were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment.
Resolvido um caso de droga e detidos um homem e uma mulher
Em 18 de Junho de 2020, na execução de um mandado de detenção emitido pelo Tribunal Judicial de Base, os nossos agentes detiveram um homem e uma mulher, ambos residentes de Macau, num apartamento na Travessa dos Colonos, onde foram apreendidos instrumentos para consumo de droga e uma pequena quantidade de “ice”.
O detido admitiu ter hábitos de consumo de droga e disse ter comprado anteriormente a droga para consumo próprio, por 1.500 patacas, a um vendedor por meio de um software de redes sociais, ao passo que a suspeita afirmou ser mulher do detido e estar grávida de vários meses, mas negou ter consumido droga. Os dois foram submetidos aos testes a urina, que apresentavam reacções positivas. Assim, foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, e detenção indevida de utensílios ou equipamentos.
