偵破勒索案 拘捕一名內地男子
2020年6月17日，本局接獲由治安警察局轉介的一宗勒索案，案中女事主聲稱其前男友於2020年5月中旬從內地來澳，因賭敗而向她索要8,000元人民幣，聲言若不獲允肯便會與她的兒子同歸於盡，事主經考慮後決定報警求助。
本局調查案件期間，事主再接獲涉案內地男子電話要求在新口岸某休憩區交收款項，本局人員立即作出部署，當場將其逮獲。涉案男子承認犯罪，本局以勒索罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
A mainland Chinese man arrested in the crackdown of extortion case
The Judiciary Police received a case of extortion from the Public Security Police Force on 17th June 2020 that the female victim alleged that her ex-boyfriend, who had come to Macao in mid-May 2020 and lost in gambling, extorted her of RMB 8,000. He claimed to perish with her son if he was not promised the money. The victim decided to report to the police upon consideration.
During investigation, the victim received another call from the involved mainland Chinese man, demanding to settle the money in a sitting-out area in ZAPE. The Judiciary Police’s prompt deployment led to his arrest at the scene. Having admitted his guilt, the involved man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of extortion.
Resolvido um caso de extorsão e detido um homem da China continental
No dia 17 de Junho de 2020, a PJ recebeu um caso de extorsão transferido pelo CPSP, no qual uma mulher alegou que o seu ex-namorado, ao vir a Macau da China continental em meados de Maio de 2020, lhe tinha pedido para lhe dar 8.000 RMB por causa de ter perdido o dinheiro no jogo. O homem disse ainda que se ela não lhe desse o dinheiro iria morrer com o seu filho. Após considerar os riscos, a vítima decidiu fazer queixa na PJ.
Durante a investigação, a vítima recebeu novamente a chamada do homem do continente pedindo-lhe para entregar o dinheiro numa zona de lazer do ZAPE, assim, os nossos agentes organizaram de imediato a acção, na qual detiveram o homem no local. O detido confessou o crime e foi presente ao MP por extorsão.
