五青少年涉縱火及盜用電單車落網
2020年6月7日，本局接獲治安警察局通報，指青洲新馬路某屋苑六樓平台垃圾桶內的雜物被燒毀。經調查發現，有八名男童於案發當日凌晨4時許在上址聚集，其中一人將火種放入垃圾桶內，引致桶內雜物起火，其即使用大廈滅火筒自行將火撲熄。本局根據調查所得，於6月10日透過關注少年組尋獲包括縱火者在內的六名男童，其中縱火男童承認作出上述行為。
此外，本局調查又發現上述男童此前在北區盜用一輛電單車，期間與另兩名男童以及另外兩名涉案男子輪流駕駛電單車，並將電單車停泊在馬揸度博士大馬路附近；本局對該兩名涉案男子進行調查，證實四人均知悉車輛乃盜竊得來，且在不具備駕駛資格情況下盜用上述電單車接載同伴。
本局對上述兩名涉案男子控以竊用車輛及無牌駕駛罪，並根據《違法青少年教育監管制度》將分別作出縱火、竊用車輛及無牌駕駛行為的三名男童一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Five youths apprehended for arson and misappropriation of motorcycle
On 7th June 2020, the Judiciary Police received notification from the Public Security Police Force, indicating that the sundries inside a trash bin at the podium on the 6th floor in a housing estate at Estrada Nova da Ilha Verde were burned. Investigation revealed that 8 boys had gathered at the abovementioned address at around 4:00 early in the morning on the day this case happened. One of them had cast tinder into the trash bin, causing the sundries inside the bin to catch fire. He immediately put out the fire by using the fire extinguisher of the building. According to the results of investigation, the Judiciary Police found the 6 boys via the Youth Concern Group on June 10th, including the arsonist who admitted to have committed the abovementioned act.
In addition, investigation also revealed that the abovementioned boy had misappropriated a motorcycle in the northern district before. Meanwhile, he had taken turns to ride the motorcycle with two other boys and two other involved men, and parked the motorcycle in the vicinity of Avenida do Dr. Francisco Vieira Machado. The Judiciary Police conducted investigation against the two involved men and confirmed that the four of them had all known that the vehicle was a stolen item and had misappropriated the abovementioned motorcycle to give rides to their peers without driving qualifications.
The Judiciary Police charged the abovementioned two involved men with the offences of misappropriation of vehicle and unlicensed driving, and transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office together with the 3 boys who had committed the respective acts of arson, misappropriation of vehicle and unlicensed driving in accordance with the “Educational and Tutelage Regime of Juvenile Offenders”.

No dia 7 de Junho de 2020, recebemos uma informação do CPSP, alegando que os detritos de um caixote de lixo, no terraço do 6.º andar dum edifício de um bairro na Estrada Nova da Ilha Verde, tinham sido queimados. Segundo a investigação, pelas 4 horas do mesmo dia, oito jovens estiveram reunidos no local de ocorrência e um dos jovem terá queimado os detritos dum caixote de lixo tendo depois utilizado o extintor de incêndio do edifício para apagar o fogo. Segundo as informações obtidas em 10 de Junho, através do Núcleo de Acompanhamento de Menores da PJ, foram localizados seis jovens, dos quais, um deles confessou ter praticado os actos acima referidos.
Além disso, segundo a investigação, descobrimos que o mesmo jovem tinha furtado um motociclo na zona Norte de Macau e, durante esse período de tempo o motociclo tinha sido conduzido por outros dois jovens e outros dois estavam envolvidos. Seguidamente, o motociclo foi estacionado nas proximidades da Avenida do Dr. Francisco Vieira Machado. Os dois jovens envolvidos foram interrogados, os quatro jovens sabiam que o motociclo tinha sido furtado e conduziram-no sem estarem habilitado.
Os dois jovens acima referidos foram acusados de furto de uso de veículo e condução sem carta. De acordo com o Regime Tutelar Educativo dos Jovens Infractores, os três foram acusados de fogo posto, furto de uso de veículo e condução sem habilitações e form presentes ao Ministério Público.
