兩青年涉盜用電單車被拘
2020年6月7日晚上，本局一名女刑事偵查員接獲朋友告知其電單車於6月6日在北區某街道被盜，經向治安警察局報案後回家發現電單車已泊回原處；直至6月7日，其電單車再次不翼而飛，故相約上述刑事偵查員一同尋找車輛。
同日深夜，該名刑事偵查員發現涉案青年駕駛上述電單車載着另一名青年返回車輛停泊處，隨即上前表露警員身份及進行截查；駕車青年承認在不具備駕駛資格的情況下盜用上述電單車接載朋友兜風，該名朋友亦知悉車輛係盜竊得來。刑事偵查員將兩名涉案青年拘捕，並通報治安警察局進行相關程序後將兩人帶返本局調查；本局以竊用車輛罪及無牌駕駛罪將兩人移送檢察院偵辦。
Two youths arrested for misappropriation of motorcycle
On the night of 7th June 2020, a female criminal investigator of the Judiciary Police was informed by a friend that his motorcycle had been stolen in a street in the Northern district on June 6th. After reporting the theft to the Public Security Police Force, he returned home and found that the motorcycle had already been parked in its original place. Until June 7th, his motorcycle disappeared again, therefore he requested to meet with the aforesaid criminal investigator to look for the vehicle together.
On the late night of the same day, the criminal investigator discovered that the involved youth was riding the abovementioned motorcycle, carrying another young man as a passenger and returning to the vehicle parking place. The criminal investigator immediately went over to reveal her identity as a police officer and intercepted them for investigation. The youth behind the wheel admitted misappropriating the aforesaid motorcycle to take his friend for a joyride without driving qualifications, while the friend was also aware that the vehicle had been obtained by theft. The criminal investigator arrested the two involved youths and notified the Public Security Police Force for relevant procedures before bringing them back to the Judiciary Police for investigation. The Judiciary Police transferred the two individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of misappropriation of vehicle and driving without a licence.
Dois jovens detidos por furto de uso de motociclo
Na noite de 7 de Junho de 2020, uma investigadora da PJ foi informada por um seu amigo de que o motociclo dele, estacionado numa rua da Zona do Norte, tinha sido furtado, o proprietário apresentou queixa ao CPSP no dia 6 e, no caminho de regresso a casa, descobriu que a mota já estava no sítio original. Na noite seguinte, a mesma mota desapareceu de novo e por isso combinou com a investigadora a procura do veículo.
Na mesma noite, a investigadora viu que um jovem estava a conduzir o referido motociclo carregando outro jovem e voltaram para o estacionamento, nesse momento, aproximou-se deles, apresentou-se como polícia e interceptou-os, o condutor admitiu ter furtado e usado a mota para, sem ter licença de condução, dar uma volta com o seu amigo, este também sabia que o veículo que usavam tinha sido furtado. Os nossos investigadores acabaram por deter os dois jovens, comunicaram ao CPSP para efectuar o procedimento necessário e levaram-nos para as instalações da PJ. Finalmente, os indivíduos foram presentes ao MP por furto de uso de veículo e condução por pessoa não habilitada.
