澳珠警方合作偵破協助偷渡集團 共拘捕及查獲七人
本局透過情報聯絡機制與珠海巿公安局進行情報交流，得悉一個活躍於珠海及澳門的犯罪集團以水路協助內地居民偷渡進出本澳；鑑於相關情報顯示上述犯罪集團會於2020年6月9日再度作案，本局隨即透過“反偷渡工作聯防機制”通報澳門海關，並聯同珠海市公安局部署聯合拘捕行動。
6月9日凌晨，本局與澳門海關在本澳採取聯合行動，於西灣大橋近澳門一端的橋底截獲駕駛橡皮艇的集團內地成員和查獲兩名已偷渡入境之內地居民；珠海巿公安局同步於內地成功拘捕集團主腦及骨幹成員共四人。
經調查，該集團運作約一個月，集團每次向每名偷渡者收取一萬至三萬元人民幣不等的費用；兩名非法入境者均承認為逃避防疫隔離措施而偷渡來澳。本局對在澳被捕的集團成員控以犯罪集團罪及協助罪，並連同兩名非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘涉案人士。
Macao and Zhuhai Police jointly cracked syndicate assisting in illegal immigration, with 7 persons arrested and seized
When exchanging intelligence with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau via intelligence communication mechanism, the Judiciary Police learnt that a criminal syndicate which was active in Zhuhai and Macao had been assisting mainland residents to enter and exit Macao illegally by sea. Since the intelligence indicated that the criminal syndicate would commit the crime again on 9th June 2020, the Judiciary Police immediately notified the Macao Customs Service via the “Joint Protection Mechanism for Anti-illegal Immigration” and deployed joint arrest operation together with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau.
In the wee hours of June 9th, the Judiciary Police and the Macao Customs Service carried out a joint operation, intercepting a mainland syndicate member who drove the rubber boat and two mainland residents who had illegally entered Macao under Sai Van Bridge at the end on the Macao side. The Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau also successfully arrested four persons in the mainland simultaneously, including the mastermind and core members of the syndicate.
Investigation revealed that the syndicate had been operating for around one month, and had charged each illegal immigrant a fee from RMB10,000 to RMB30,000 each time. Both illegal immigrants admitted that they entered Macao illegally to evade pandemic preventive measures. The Judiciary Police charged the syndicate member arrested in Macao with the offences of criminal syndicate and assisting, and transferred him together with the two illegal immigrants to the Public Prosecutions Office for handling while continuing to pursue the other involved persons.

A PJ, na troca de informações com a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, através do mecanismo de ligação das informações, descobriu que uma rede criminosa activa em Zhuhai e Macau tinha ajudado pessoas da China continental a entrar ilegalmente em Macau por via marítima. De acordo com as informações, relevou-se que esta rede iria transportar imigrantes ilegais no dia 9 de Junho de 2020, sendo assim, a PJ comunicou de imediato com os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau mediante o “mecanismo de prevenção conjunto sobre combate à imigração ilegal”, planeou também, em colaboração com a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, uma operação conjunta.
Na madrugada de 9 de Junho, a PJ e os SA entraram em acção em Macau, detiveram, numa zona debaixo da Ponte de Sai Van, os membros da rede que dirigiam uma embarcação de borracha, e dois imigrantes ilegais, todos eram da China continental. Ao mesmo tempo, a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai também deteve o cabecilha e outros membros deste grupo, num total de 4 pessoas.
Na sequência da investigação, constatou-se que aquela rede já estava em funcionamento há cerca de um mês, cobrando entre 10.000 e 30.000 RMB por cada imigrante. Os dois imigrantes ilegais detidos admitiram que escolheram este meio para entrar em Macau para evitar as medidas de quarentena. Os elementos da rede detidos em Macau foram presentes ao MP por associação criminosa e auxílio, juntamente com os dois imigrantes ilegais, e a PJ continua à procura de outros envolvidos.
