本澳男子涉出售消費卡被逮
本局於2020年5月6日接獲市民舉報，報稱有人於社交媒體的聊天群組出售《消費補貼計劃》電子消費卡，懷疑有人利用消費卡詐騙公帑。經進行調查，成功鎖定一名本澳男子，於同日中午在新馬路區將其拘獲，並在其出售消費卡前制止了有關行為。
涉案男子供稱因急需金錢而以半價（1,500澳門元）出售自己的消費卡套現。另經濟局亦派出代表人員前來本局協助調查，要求追究涉案男子的相關刑事責任。本局以詐騙罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並跟進調查案件。
Local man arrested for selling consumption card
The Judiciary Police received a report from fellow residents on 6th May 2020 that a “Consumption Subsidy Plan” electronic consumption card was for sale on a chat group on social media, thus suspecting someone was exploiting the consumption card to defraud public money. After investigation, a local man was targeted and arrested at noon on the same day on Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, stopping the act of selling the consumption card pre-emptively.
The involved man confessed that he was selling his own consumption card for half price (MOP 1,500) to cash out due to an urgent need of money. A representative had been dispatched from the Economic Bureau to assist in the investigation, who requested to pursue the criminal responsibility of the involved man. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud, while conducting follow-up investigation of the case.
Detido um homem por venda de cartão de consumo
No dia 6 de Maio de 2020, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um cidadão, indicando que alguém estava a vender cartões de consumo numa rede social havendo, por isso, suspeita de burla ao erário público. A PJ iniciou a investigação e conseguiu identificar um suspeito de Macau, que foi detido ao meio dia na zona da Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, bem como foi impedido de vender o cartão.
O indivíduo confessou que precisava urgentemente de dinheiro e, por isso, estava a tentar vender o cartão com desconto de 50% (1.500 patacas). Por outro lado, o pessoal da Direcção dos Serviços de Economia dirigiu-se à PJ para colaborar na investigação e solicitou que se apurasse a responsabilidade criminal do suspeito. O detido foi presente ao MP por burla e a PJ continua a investigação do caso.
