本澳男子涉搶劫及詐騙被拘
2020年5月5日下午，本局接獲治安警察局通知，友誼大馬路某酒店附近發生一宗搶劫案；本局派員到場調查，得悉本案事主路經上址的巴士站時與一名在路邊的男子互相對望，及後二人發生口角，未幾該男子突然追打事主，事主逃避時跌倒地上，涉案男子隨即上前襲擊事主頭部並搶去事主身上白金項鏈，之後逃去無蹤；事主報稱金鏈約值15,000港元。
本局人員調查發現，涉案男子作案後乘坐的士前往海立方附近一押店，將贓物典當後得6,500港元，本局即時起回涉案金鏈。隨後，治安警察局成功截獲涉案男子，並轉交本局處理。
涉案男子承認因賭敗而犯案，部份贓款已用於還債。由於涉案男子除搶劫外，還向押店典當贓物，本局以搶劫罪及詐騙罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao man arrested for involvement in robbery and fraud
On the afternoon of 5th May 2020, the Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force that a robbery had occurred in the vicinity of a hotel at Avenida da Amizade. The Judiciary Police dispatched personnel to the scene for investigation. It was learnt that, while the victim of this case was passing by the bus stop of the aforesaid location, he locked eyes with a man at the roadside. Later, there was an altercation between the duo. Not long after, that man chased and hit the victim abruptly. As the victim was dodging the assaulter, he fell onto the ground. Thereupon, the involved man went towards the victim immediately, attacked his head and snatched away his white gold necklace. Subsequently, the involved man fled out of sight. The victim reported that the white gold necklace valued at around HKD15,000.
Upon investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police discovered that the involved man took a taxi to a pawn shop near JAI ALAI Oceanus after committing the crime. He was paid HKD6,500 after pawning the stolen necklace. The Judiciary Police recovered the involved white gold necklace instantly. Later, the Public Security Police Force intercepted the involved man successfully and transferred him to the Judiciary Police for processing.
The involved man confessed to have committed the crime for he had gambled away his money. Part of the illicit proceeds had been used to repay his debts. Since the involved man pawned the loot at the pawn shop apart from committing the robbery, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and fraud.

No dia 5 de Maio, na parte de tarde, a Polícia Judiciária foi informada pelo CPSP de que ocorreu um roubo nas proximidades de um hotel na Avenida de Amizade. Os agentes da PJ chegaram ao local, verificaram, após averiguações, que a vítima deste caso, ao passar por uma paragem de autocarro do local, encontrou um indivíduo que ali estava a andar, estiveram a olhar fixamente um para o outro, começaram um discussão e a vítima foi agredida de repente por aquele indivíduo, caiu no chão enquanto estava a fugir do local, o agressor seguiu-o e conseguiu agredir-lo na cabeça, roubou-lhe um colar de ouro branco, fugindo finalmente para parte incerta. Segundo relatou a vítima, o colar em causa vale cerca de 15.000 dólares de HK.
Após diligências, os agentes da PJ perceberam que o indivíduo em causa apanhou um táxi após o roubo, chegou a uma casa de penhores perto do Casino Oceanus, vendeu naquele estabelecimento o colar roubado por 6.500 dólares de HK. A PJ conseguiu posteriormente recuperar o colar. O indivíduo acabou por ser interceptado pelo CPSP, sendo de seguida conduzido à PJ.
O indivíduo confessou a prática do crime por ter perdido dinheiro no jogo, alegando que parte do dinheiro derivado do crime foi usado para saldar umas dívidas. Para além do roubo, o indivíduo vendeu também o objecto do crime na casa de penhores, portanto, foi presente ao MP por roubo e burla.
