偵破協助偷渡案 拘捕及查獲三人
本局與珠海巿公安局聯合偵辦一宗協助偷渡案件，情報顯示，有犯罪集團會於2020年4月27日協助一名非法入境者偷渡進入本澳，同時安排另一名非法入境者偷渡離開澳門，隨即透過“反偷渡工作聯防機制＂通報澳門海關並展開聯合部署。
2020年4月27日凌晨，該犯罪集團一艘機動舢舨在路環龍爪角附近海邊靠岸，船上一名非法入境男子登岸，在場部署的本局人員即上前將其截獲。同時，負責駕駛船隻的集團成員亦登岸準備接應欲偷渡離開的非法入境女子，本局與海關人員同步採取行動，於岸上將其截獲及扣押涉案船隻，並於附近截獲該名準備偷渡離澳的非法入境女子。
據查，該犯罪集團運作約一個月，每次向每名偷渡者收取25,000元人民幣；非法入境男子處於被禁止入境狀態，非法入境女子則供稱是因為逃避防疫隔離措施而偷渡來澳。本局對船隻駕駛員控以犯罪集團、協助及收留等三罪，並連同兩名非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Case of assisting illegal immigration cracked with three persons found and apprehended
The Judiciary Police and the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly investigated a case of assisting illegal immigration. Intelligence indicated that on 27th April 2020, a criminal syndicate would assist an illegal immigrant to enter Macao while arranging another illegal immigrant to leave Macao. The Macao Customs Service was therefore immediately notified via the Joint Prevention Mechanism for Anti-illegal Immigration to initiate joint deployment.
In the wee hours of 27th April 2020, a motorboat of the aforesaid criminal syndicate approached seashore around Long Chao Kok in Coloane and a male illegal immigrant on the boat landed. Personnel of the Judiciary Police deployed at the scene immediately proceeded to intercept him. In the meantime, the member of the syndicate driving the motorboat also landed to prepare for picking up the female illegal immigrant who was about to leave. Personnel of the Judiciary Police and the Customs Service took action simultaneously to intercept the said member ashore and seized the involved vessel. The female illegal immigrant preparing to depart Macao illegally was intercepted nearby as well.
Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for around a month, charging each illegal immigrant RMB 25,000 every time. The male illegal immigrant has been under an entry ban to Macao, and the female illegal immigrant stated that she entered Macao illegally to evade the anti-epidemic quarantine measure. The Judiciary Police charged the driver of the motorboat with the offences of criminal syndicate, assistance and shelter and transferred him together with the two illegal immigrants to the Public Prosecutions Office.

A PJ e a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai efectuarm uma investigação conjunta de um caso de auxílio à imigração ilegal. Segundo informações, um grupo criminoso iría supostamente ajudar um imigrante ilegal a entrar em Macau no dia 27 de Abril de 2020, em simultâneo, arranjaria a saída clandestina de Macau de um outro imigrante ilegal. De imediato, a PJ por meio do “Mecanismo de prevenção conjunta no combate à imigração ilegal”, comunicou o facto aos Serviços de Alfândega para prepararem uma intervenção conjunta.
Na madrugada de 27 de Abril de 2020, uma sampana daquele grupo criminoso parou na costa perto de Long Chao Kok, em Coloane. Um imigrante ilegal desembarcou da sampana, o pessoal da PJ que estava preparado no local actuou imediatamente e deteve-o. Ao mesmo tempo, o elemento do grupo encarregado de conduzir o barco também desembarcou para ajudar uma imigrante ilegal a sair clandestinamente do território, o pessoal da PJ e dos SA entraram em acção simultaneamente, interceptaram-no e apreenderam o barco em causa, bem como interceptaram nas proximidades a imigrante ilegal que estava prestes a sair de forma clandestina de Macau.
Apurou-se que este grupo funcionava há cerca de um mês e cobrava a cada imigrante ilegal 25.000 RMB pelo cada transporte; o imigrante ilegal estava proibido de entrar em Macau, por sua vez, a mulher confessou que foi para escapar das medidas de prevenção de epidemias e isolamento que optou pela entrada ilegal em Macau. O condutor do barco foi acusado dos crimes de associação criminosa, auxílio à imigração ilegal e acolhimento, e foi presente ao MP com os dois imigrantes ilegais.
