澳珠警方聯手偵破協助偷渡集團
本局早前接獲情報，指一個內地協助偷渡犯罪集團利用機動舢舨船接載偷渡者非法進出澳門，隨即與珠海市公安局展開聯合偵查；經掌握該犯罪集團的成員和運作模式，並得悉該集團於2020年4月24日清晨再次協助非法入境者進入本澳，本局透過“反偷渡工作小組”通報澳門海關並聯同珠海市公安局部署聯合拘捕行動。
4月24日清晨，本局及海關人員發現一艘快艇在皇朝觀音像對開海邊靠岸，並在兩名非法入境男子登岸後迅速駛離；基於時機成熟，本局人員隨即上前將兩人截獲，澳門海關於西灣大橋附近海面截獲上述快艇，拘捕駕駛偷渡船的集團男成員。珠海市公安局亦同步展開行動，拘捕集團主腦及骨幹成員共七人。
據查，該協助偷渡犯罪集團運作約一個月，集團每次向每名偷渡者收取23,000元人民幣費用。本局對在澳被捕的集團成員控以犯罪集團罪及協助罪，並連同兩名非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao and Zhuhai police jointly cracked a syndicate assisting in illegal immigration
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier, indicating that a mainland criminal syndicate assisting in smuggling transported illegal immigrants to and from Macao unlawfully with motorized sampan, a joint investigation with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau was thus swiftly initiated. Having ascertained the members of the criminal syndicate and its mode of operation, and learned that the syndicate would assist illegal immigrants to enter Macao again during the wee hours on 24th April 2020, the Judiciary Police notified the Macao Customs Service via the “Anti-illegal Immigration Working Group” to deploy a joint arrest operation with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau.
In the wee hours of April 24th, the personnel of the Judiciary Police and the Macao Customs Service discovered that a speedboat berthed at the shore off the Kun Iam Statue in NAPE and left swiftly after 2 male illegal immigrants disembarked. Seeing the opportune moment, the personnel of the Judiciary Police proceeded immediately to intercept the duo while the Macao Customs Service intercepted the abovementioned speedboat on the sea near Sai Van Bridge, with a male syndicate member driving the smuggling boat apprehended. The Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau deployed operation simultaneously, arresting 7 individuals including the mastermind and core members of the syndicate.
According to investigation, the criminal syndicate assisting in illegal immigration has been operating for around one month, charging a fee of RMB23,000 from each illegal immigrant each time. The Judiciary Police charged the syndicate members apprehended in Macao with the offences of criminal syndicate and assisting, and transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office together with the two illegal immigrants.
Polícias de Macau e Zhuhai cooperaram no desmantelamento dum grupo de auxílio à imigração ilegal
A PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal estaria a usar sampana motorizada para transportar pessoas para ou de Macau. Assim, desencadeou uma investigação com a Directoria Municipal da Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, a qual permitiu identificar os membros da rede e o seu modo de funcionamento, apurando-se também que essa rede iria, na madrugada de 24 de Abril de 2020, ajudar outras pessoas para entrar no território, nesta situação, a PJ comunicou, através do “Grupo de Trabalho de Combate à Imigração Ilegal” com os Serviços de Alfândega e planeou, com a autoridade homóloga de Zhuhai, uma acção conjunta de detenção.
Na madrugada de 24, os agentes da PJ e dos SA viram que uma lancha se tinha aproximado da orla costeira oposta ao Centro Ecuménico Kun Iam e tinha saído imediatamente depois do desembarque de dois homens. Na ocasião oportuna, os nossos agentes conseguiram apanhar os dois imigrantes ilegais, enquanto os SA interceptavam a referida lancha no mar próximo da Ponte de Sai Van e detiveram um membro do grupo que guiava essa embarcação. Ao mesmo tempo, a polícia de Zhuhai lançou uma operação que culminou na detenção de 7 pessoas que incluem os cabecilhas e os elementos principais.
De acordo com a investigação, esse grupo criminoso funcionava há cerca de um mês e recebia de cada imigrante 23.000 RMB pela deslocação. Os membros do grupo detidos em Macau foram acusados de associação criminosa e auxílio e foram presentes, juntamente com os dois imigrantes ilegais, ao Ministério Público.
