與海關聯手偵破水路販毒案
2020年4月11日下午，澳門海關發現兩名男子駕駛一艘機動木船靠近西灣大橋氹仔一側單車徑附近，將一袋物品拋到岸邊，岸上一名男子拾取該袋物品後離開；由於情況可疑，海關立即通知本局跟進調查，同時在海面攔截該艘木船，將一名本澳男子及一名內地男子移交本局處理。
本局調查後得悉兩名被捕男子均收取某犯罪集團報酬，分別負責駕駛船隻及偷運毒品；本局透過全澳城市電子監察系統（俗稱“天眼”）追查拾取懷疑毒品的男子及進行部署，並於4月12日在營地街市附近將該名涉案本澳男子截獲，在其身上搜獲2.92克可卡因、1.6克大麻，以及23,000澳門元懷疑毒資，並循線索於附近大廈再截獲一名越南籍逾期逗留男子和一名越南籍非法入境女子，分別在越南女子身上和大廈電箱內搜獲0.55克“冰＂毒及0.4克海洛因，越南男子則承認準備向上述藏毒的本澳男子購買毒品。
案中搜獲的毒品總值約11,000澳門元。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將五名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續深入調查案件。
Joining hands with Customs Service to crack case of drug trafficking by waterway
On the afternoon of 11th April 2020, the Macao Customs Service found two men steering a wooden motorboat approach the vicinity of the cycling track nearby the Taipa side of Sai Van Bridge and threw a bag of objects to the shore; a man on the shore picked up the bag then left. As the situation seemed suspicious, the Customs Service immediately notified the Judiciary Police to carry out follow-up investigation while intercepting the motorboat on the sea, then transferred a Macao man and a mainland man to the Judiciary Police for handling.
After investigation, the two arrestees were found to have received rewards from a drug trafficking syndicate for steering the motorboat and smuggling drugs respectively. The Judiciary Police then tracked down the man who picked up the items suspected to be drugs by the “Macao citywide electronic surveillance system” (so-called “Eyes in the Sky”) and made deployment, and intercepted the involved Macao man near Mercado de S. Domingos on April 12th, with 2.92 grams of cocaine, 1.6 grams of marijuana and MOP 23,000 suspected drug fund found on him. Following the leads, a male Vietnamese overstayer and a female Vietnamese illegal immigrant were intercepted in a building nearby, with 0.55 gram of the drug “ice” and 0.4 gram of heroin found on the Vietnamese woman and inside the circuit box of the building respectively. The Vietnamese man, on the other hand, admitted that he was about to buy drugs from the aforementioned Macao man who was in possession of drugs.
The drugs seized in the case were worth a total of around MOP 11,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the five involved persons to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances while continuing to investigate the case in depth.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga via marítima em cooperação com os Serviços de Alfândega
Na tarde de 11 de Abril de 2020, os Serviços de Alfândega descobriram que dois homens estavam a conduzir um barco a motor de madeira e aproximavam-se de uma zona perto da ciclovia da Taipa junto da Ponte Sai Van, deixaram um saco na costa, um outro homem que estava à espera pegou-o e saiu. Os Serviços de Alfândega, devido às suspeitas que esta situação levantou, comunicaram com a PJ de imediato, enquanto que interceptaram aquele barco, detiveram um residente de Macau e um homem da China continental levando-os para as instalações da PJ.
Na sequência da investigação, apurou-se que estes dois detidos foram recrutados por uma mesma rede criminosa, um era responsável por conduzir o barco e o outro transportava depois a droga. A PJ, através do sistema de vigilância electrónica da cidade (“Sistema dos Olhos no Céu"), identificou o indivíduo que tinha recebido o saco, que supostamente continha droga, e efectuou também um planeamento de operação. No dia 12 de Abril, a PJ deteve este homem, residente de Macau, nas proximidades do Mercado de São Domingos, foram encontrados, na sua posse, 2,92 gramas de cocaína, 1,6 gramas de marijuana e 23.000 patacas, provavelmente provenientes da droga. A PJ seguiu as pistas, deteve mais um homem com visto caducado e uma imigrante ilegal, ambos de nacionalidade vietnamita, ainda foram apreendidos, na possa da mulher e na caixa eléctrica do edifício, 0,55 gramas de “ice” e 0,4 gramas de heroína, o vietnamita confessou que pretendia comprar droga daquele homem de Macau.
O valor de droga apreendida neste caso é de cerca de 11.000 patacas. Os cinco detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefaciente, e a PJ continua a investigar este caso.
