兩名本澳男女涉販毒被拘
因應近期新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，澳珠兩地口岸實施新的入境限制措施；鑑於犯罪集團可能會以郵寄方式進行販毒活動，本局與內地警方加強有關方面的情報交流。
2020年4月4日，本局根據內地警方情報，對一個由內地某快遞公司寄往本澳某代收公司之可疑包裹進行調查和監控。直至4月6日，本局發現一名本澳女子到新馬路區該代收公司自助取物櫃提取郵包，隨後在該名女子返回住所大廈前截查，並在郵包內及其住所檢獲12.5克約值41,000澳門元的“冰＂毒。
涉案女子承認透過手機聊天軟件多次以同類手法從內地訂購毒品自用；其後，本局再根據所掌握線索將其男友拘捕，並依法對兩人採取尿液檢測措施，結果顯示其中一人對毒品呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將兩名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源。
Local man and woman nabbed for drug trafficking
New measures of entry restrictions at the border checkpoints of Macao and Zhuhai are implemented in response to the recent novel coronavirus pneumonia pandemic. As criminal syndicates might traffick drugs by means of post, the Judiciary Police and the mainland police have strengthened intelligence exchange on this issue.
On 4th April 2020, based on the intelligence from the mainland police, the Judiciary Police conducted investigation and surveillance on a suspicious parcel sent from a mainland courier to a collection shop in Macao. Until April 6th, the Judiciary Police discovered that a local woman had arrived at the self-service locker of the collection shop at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to pick up the parcel, who was intercepted before returning to her residence. In the parcel and her residence, 12.5 grams of “ice” worth of around MOP41,000 was seized.
The involved woman admitted, via mobile apps on multiple occasions by similar means, buying drugs from the mainland for self-consumption. Her boyfriend was also arrested by the Judiciary Police subsequently based on the leads collected. Both of them underwent urine tests according to the law, with one of them yielded positive results to drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man and woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment respectively, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs.
Detidos dois indivíduos de Macau por tráfico de droga
Na sequência de situação causada pelo COVID-19, foram implementadas novas medidas de restrição nos postos fronteiriços entre Macau e Zhuhai, e tendo em consideração a probabilidade de tráfico de droga por via postal, a PJ intensificou a troca de informações com as autoridades policiais da China continental.
Em 4 de Abril de 2020, após ter recebido informações dadas pela Polícia da China continental, a PJ iniciou a investigação e vigilância duma encomenda suspeita enviada por uma companhia de correio rápido da China continental para uma empresa de recepção de encomendas de Macau. Em 6 de Abril, a PJ descobriu que uma mulher, residente local, deslocou-se aos cacifos automáticos da empresa em causa situados na zona da Avenida Almeida Ribeiro para levantar a referida encomenda suspeita. No regresso a casa foi interceptada. Dentro da encomenda e no seu domicílio, foram apreendidos 12,5 gramas de ice, no valor aproximado de 41.000 patacas.
A detida confessou ter encomendado droga, por várias vezes e com o mesmo esquema, através de uma aplicação no telemóvel. Posteriormente, segundo os indícios apurados, o namorado da suspeita foi detido pela PJ. Aos dois foi feito o teste toxicológico, um deu positivo, e acabaram por ser presentes ao MP, respectivamente, pelos crimes de tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. A PJ continua à procura da origem da droga.
