內地男外僱涉強姦被拘
2020年4月4日晚，本局接獲治安警察局移交的一宗強姦案件；案中女事主與涉案男子分別居於某大廈天台相鄰的板間單位，為鄰居關係。
4月4日晚上，涉案男子從其單位跨越窗戶潛入女事主單位，先到廚房拿取一把菜刀，再進入女事主房間，以刀威逼女事主交出財物，並用手機充電線從後綑綁女事主雙手及強行與其發生性行為。其後，涉案男子欲將女事主轉移到其單位時，女事主趁機呼救，驚動鄰居前來制止和協助報警，而涉案男子則乘亂逃離現場。
至4月5日凌晨3時許，治安警察局人員截獲涉案男子並交予本局調查。本局根據掌握的證據，以搶劫、強姦、禁用武器及爆炸性物質等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Mainland male non-resident worker arrested for rape
On the night of 4th April 2020, the Judiciary Police received a rape case referred by the Public Security Police Force. The female victim in this case was a neighbour of the involved man, respectively living in two adjacent partitioned units on the rooftop of a building.
On the night of April 4th, the involved man sneaked into the unit of the female victim by stepping across the window from his unit. He initially grabbed a knife from the kitchen and then entered the female victim’s room, using the knife to coerce her to hand in her personal belongings. More than that, he used a mobile charging wire to tie the hands of the female victim from behind and had sex with her by force. Afterwards, when the involved man tried to move the female victim to his own unit, she seized the chance to call for help, which alerted some neighbours to come to stop the man, and assist in calling the police, yet the involved man escaped during the chaos.
Around 3am of April 5th, officers of the Public Security Police Force intercepted the involved man and handed him over to the Judiciary Police for investigation. With the evidence in hand, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with charges including robbery, rape, and possession of banned weapons and explosive substances.
Detido um trabalhador não residente da China continental por violação
Na noite de 4 de Abril de 2020, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia por violação transferida pelo CPSP. A vítima e o suspeito deste caso são vizinhos. Os dois moram respectivamente em dois apartamentos adjacentes que ficam no terraço de um edifício.
Na noite de 4 de Abril, o homem entrou secretamente no apartamento da mulher através da janela, foi primeiro à cozinha buscar uma faca, e depois entrou no quarto da mulher, ameaçou-a com a faca pedindo-lhe para entregar-lhe os pertences, bem como atou-lhe as mãos com um cabo de um carregador de telemóvel e violou-a. Quando o homem estava a levar a mulher para o seu apartamento, esta gritou e pediu socorro. Um vizinho ouviu, foi salvá-la e chamou a polícia. O suspeito aproveitou a confusão e fugiu.
Às 3h00 de 5 de Abril, um agente do CPSP deteve o indivíduo e entregou-o à PJ. De acordo com as provas obtidas, o detido foi presente ao MP por roubo, violação e uso de armas proibidas.
